The Clay Cup

Great little coffee shop in the revitalized downtown neighborhood. Drinks were great and a nice friendly atmosphere. I especially appreciate their use of local vendors for food as well as local crafters and their pieces of work.

The atmosphere is by far one of the best in Altoona. The food is good and the specialty drinks keep you coming back. Enjoy hand crafted wood designs that they sell, and also get an appointment to paint pottery or join a canvas class. This place has a lot to offer. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time here. The staff was very helpful and informative in explaining what they offer as far as the menu, baked goods, and let me know about there merchandise and their offered pottery and painting sessions. While there i picked up a delicious latte, and muffin and an awesome shirt featuring a bear rocking a flannel. Will definitely be returning regularly!

The Clay Cup was a wonderful experience ,I was having Low Suger attack while I was waiting for the Amtrak Train to arrive to go home and it hit me hard and sick and almost ready to fall out I explained to the hostess my ailment as nd I didn't have but one dollar and so they said that all I could get for a dollar was a small cup of milk BB I just thanked the Lord I had that dollar...

Neosho is very lucky to have this spot. The coffee is third wave which is hard to find in rural areas. Very high quality products and locally sourced. The owners are artists and the environment here is relaxing and creative. They use a special cold brew method which extracts the smoothest flavor and packs a punch as well. People travel from all over the area to get a good cup of coffee here.

I like the atmosphere.

I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but other people seem to say the coffee offered here is good. I enjoy being able to make my own unique bowls and plates.

Delicious coffee, with alternative milk options, in a comfortable environment set in a beautiful old building showcasing some of the original brick wall-gorgeous! The staff are always smiling and friendly. I enjoy stopping in for a cup of coffee when visiting the old downtown area. A worthwhile stop everytime.

It's nice to see little places like this popping up around town, especially in the heart of downtown Altoona.
Friendly people meet you at the counter as you enter, and the mocha is amazing!

Since the remodel the atmosphere feels more welcoming. I also learned that I could get chai tea concentrate to make it home! I know my daughter-in-law is going to love that!!!

Absolutely love this place! The staff are super friendly and upbeat and they remembered my order everytime I came in. Their prices are a bit steep and the sizes are small but it's better than supporting a huge corporation like Starbucks. I try to visit everytime I go back to my hometown. Everyone I've taken there, loves their drinks and food.
