Roasted

Roasted was recommended by a neighbor of mine and I looked up the menu online and I was pleasantly surprised! We were accommodating for a group of 6 with people that had dietary differences and saw a lot of options and a fair price scale. When we went in, there was a wait but we didn't mind and it was not bad and we were able to be seated on a busy Sunday morning within 30 minutes. All of the food was absolutely incredible leaving all of us speechless. We will be back again and again! We had the pleasure of being served by Claire and hope to have her again next time! Wonderful all around!!!!!

My first time eating here and I had a great experience with their service and their food! Their huevos rancheros were sooo good! Must try it!

Really good breakfast. Big big portions, very friendly staff, nice outdoor seating and view. We had breakfast sandwiches, french toast and an omelette, all came out great. They do have vegan and vegetarian options too. Free coffee refills make me happy, they even gave a cup to go

Late summer 2021 visit. All around good visit. Food was very good. All parts of our breakfasts were prepared very well. Service was good. Only problem was the wait. We were told 45 minutes, but it stretched to over an hour. Pretty sure we were passed over several times by the inconsistent but hard working host. Still, a good experience and would return at a less busy time, and make sure name, text and continual visibility were provided to the host!

Outdoor seating. I have eaten here twice and the food was fabulous! Today I had a pork sausage, portobello mushroom and provolone cheese omelet. Last time I had a Reuben sandwich with a fried egg on it. The menu items are so creative and different that I want to keep coming back until I have tried everything! That will take a long time because the menu is huge. You will not be disappointed.

Nice spot in South Side. Good atmosphere, good service, good food.

Best breakfast in Bethlehem. Whether you love chorizo, or don't eat meat, or are vegan, this is the place to be. The coffee is incredible. The service makes you feel at home. And everything is locally sourced. I blinked and my food was at the table. You need to go here... NOW!

Friendly staff and great food. I got the corned beef hash breakfast and it was very good. And the pancake of the day is fun.
