Krispy Kreme

I've never had a Krispy Kreme till now ... I loved it.

Krispy Kreme donuts are a 5 star delight. The reason I only gave 4 stars is threefold.

1) I used the app and it was quite frustrating because I would select all my donuts for each dozen I was ordering and I would go to check out and they would tell me this donut or that donut would not be available until 2 days from now and to go back and edit. However, going back to edit proved impossible for me. I could not see a way to add a different donut back in so I would have to remove the entire dozen and start all over again, carefully avoiding, of course, the unavailable donuts. This happened to me with two different types of donuts over two different days. Don't ask me why I'm ordering so many donuts lol.

2) when I placed the order today I requested pickup ASAP. The app indicated I would need to wait until 9:26, which was 21 minutes away. Arriving at the location, I chanced it and went to the drive-thru and the donuts and coffee were ready. If I had waited until 9:26 my coffee would have been stone cold.

3) The woman at the drive-thru pick up was pretty darn lackluster. I understand it's not the most enjoyable job but it doesn't take much to sound pleasant. I hope for better responses than "yeah", for example.

Sometimes your local crack dealer doesn't have what you want so you travel to Clark Summit. This dealer is top notch. Not recommended for daily consumption but an occasional treat is nice.

You get a good feeling as soon as you walk in from the yumminess you can smell immediately :) I also learned that when the red light says it's hot that means the donuts are coming out of the oven! I timed it PERFECTLY!

I didn't go in but daughter and her husband bought donuts and coffee.

Great service and as you know, the best donuts

This is the 2nd time I have passed thru on a trip and stopped to pick up couple dozen donuts. My wife like the chocolate iced with Kreme filling 1 dozen. However, 1st time we got all Original Filled Original Kreme. She was not happy as i didn't check the boxes until I got home 200 plus miles later. Last time on May 2nd, ordered same thing. chocolate iced with Kreme filling 1 dozen. this time we checked the box. Looked ok. But when we got home - at least half of these were custard filled. She no like. Please be more careful in your selections

Always the best! I drive very far to eat these delicious treats when the hot light is on and I enjoy every second of it.

The employees are variable but the doughnuts are sweet so I guess there is a balance to their tartness.

Keep making these sweets!!!

Always a great experience. The staff are so friendly, very kind and courteous. In addition, the donuts are fresh and always delicious!
