Great choices in donuts. Dining area seems unwelcoming. Not an average customer though. Cashier could have been more energetic. No customer like to see unwelcoming area or greetings by businesses so note to managers. Up you credentials or lose one customer.

It’s Krispy Kreme, not what else I need to say :) this location is always fully stocked and prompt filling online orders. Been a customer for years and while a donut is really a treat and not a weekly or daily item our family sure does love Krispy Kreme. Highly recommend this location.

Service was excellent. Storefront was quite clean. The donuts were perfect. My only issue was they were unable to make a large selection of their coffee drinks, however, this is only a logistical oversight of some sort. Certainly no blame on the hard working folks behind the counter. Just off the interstate... Easy in and easy out!

Doughnuts were great as always and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the reason I am giving this particular location only three stars is because it seemed that it was not as clean as other Krispy Kreme locations that I have frequented. More attention needs to be given to cleanliness. I will be fair and state that they seemed pretty busy and it was snowy and wet outside the day that I was there.

Stopped specifically to get some of the holiday donuts. Very disappointed! Got several of each of the different variety of Christmas donuts. Each and every single one of them had a filling that was maybe the size of a dime around inside at most. Every single one! That meant that over 80% of the donut was just dough and tasted bland. They were decorated nicely, but not up to par of what we normally get. The regular donuts without filling were as good as usual though. Just beware if you’re trying the Christmas ones.

I love donuts. I worked mornings at Dunkin Donuts back in the early 80s. Loved making the dough, letting it rise and working it again and again. And then dressing the different toppings and fillings. Now Krispy Kreme used to be great, but I think they went to a main bakery that makes all of their donuts just like Dunkin Donuts does now. I need to open a fresh bread and donut bakery.

Definitely the most disappointing Krispy Kreme I have been too. Only two people working the front. You could see tons of donuts in the back but the selection they was terrible. We stopped in while traveling to Harrisburg, PA. We won't be stopping back we will be just continuing going to the Clark Summit, PA one so much better selection. Matter fact on our way home we are stopping back at the Clark Summit one to get the donuts we wanted. I will say that the customer service was good

Excellent quick stop. Krispy Kreme has the best glazed donuts ever. Fast friendly service, good location, great parking. Easy in, easy out. There is a cozy place to sit inside and enjoy your coffee and donuts. They even have hot chocolate

We are from New Hampshire where Krispy Kreme Donuts are only a dream, so while traveling back home from visiting family in Pennsylvania for the Holidays we had to stop in Scranton the finally experience Krispy Kreme and it was everything we expected and more...so much better than that international chain from Massachusetts *wink*.
The location was very well staffed, super friendly and helpful answering our questions and fast.
The donuts tasted fresh and delicious 😋 and we can't wait to visit again.
It's such a shame the franchise failed in Maine that had planned to open locations all over New England.

Stopped on our way through town because Krispy Kreme isn't a thing in Upstate NY and my husband has missed them since he moved up here from down south. I've never actually been to a Krispy Kreme before this and was surprised at how small the front of the store was, but maybe that was because it was absolutely packed. Their doughnut case was filled even though it was around noon when we stopped, and you could see baker's rack after baker's rack of fresh doughnuts lined up in the production area. Hubs ordered half a dozen of original glazed (because of course. I would've gone custard filled, but this isn't about me) and was super psyched when she went to the back to get them. The staff was nice and got everyone their orders and rung out quickly but without making it feel like they were rushing you out. Can't speak to this location in relation to others for obvious reasons, but if you like doughnuts and don't mind the possibility of a short wait, it's a good place to stop. Oh, the one downside was that their espresso machine was broken, so I walked out empty-handed 😭
