Worst krispy kreme doughnuts there is employees to date are miserable wont make fresh doughnut or take party sized orders ive also asked about oreo doughnuts for sons birthday the employees lie and say their out for the day the truth is they just dont like making them wich is sad this was a great brand ruined by lazy gen z and miserable millenials the date this is posted is sunday (may 29th 2022)

The establishment seemed clean but the customer service is horrendous. I stood at the register for almost 10-minutes, with 3 employees standing behind the register. One of the girls looked at me several times and then walked away to stock napkins - while the other stood around talking and another was making drinks. I understand you have cleaning to do, but acknowledge your customers with a simple greeting and let us know you see us standing there instead of blatantly ignoring. It took me speaking up for assistance and then never even apologized for the disrespect. I understand businesses are struggling but you had 3 employees, and only 1 was making drinks and there was only one other customer in the location. Also, my donuts were ice cold & not fresh.

OMGosh I forgot how good freshly made donuts are! In the Binghamton area we have Dunkin Donuts and they use to be awesome until they cut costs by precooking donuts and trucking them in to locations...There is no comparison to fresh donuts cooked on site so I'll be praying you expand to the Binghamton Area and in the mean time, I guess I'll travel for my fresh donuts!

If you have a rewards card you get all sorts of great offers! This chain has been around about 60 yrs, so you KNOW it's GOOD! They take credit & debit cards, door dash delivers within a 10 mile radius.

Very clean and the staff is awesome. I ha e not been in a Krispy Kreme in years since we do not have them at home. Their doughnuts blow Dunkin Doughnuts out of the water. So many choices and my son loves them as well. Please put a location in Poughkeepsie NY. I know in my dreams. LOL
