No, not a mean spirited rating. At that particular time of visit, there was so much stuff on the floor behind the counter and not the first time it has been that way. watching the staff wade through it is unpleasant.

Very unpleased with my chipotle chicken club flatbread which is suppose to come with strips of bacon on it, but had two baby "small" pieces on it. I come to the Harbison location at least three or four times a week being that I work for Sprint. When I went to the desk to ask the morning crew about the bacon they just acted nonchalantly saying the bacon is on it. That's it, nothing else. Not let me fix that for you! I would list who worked but didn't see any name tags on the workers.

I want to upload a video of harbison blvd. Tropical Smoothie... this tall guy never wears his mask properly nor does he wash hands and he still has the same exact pants on the past month, yes you can clearly see their DIRTY! If he even touches my stuff I get a full refund everytime!! Everybody else follows the rules but for some reason he thinks he above everybody else and immune to the Covid-19 also! I understand he not worried about self but as for the rest of the world he does need to follow the rules or go home and collect unemployment SHEESH!!!

I wanted to try this place and after looking through the most recent reviews and going for myself it is quite obvious that all the recent one star reviews are fake news. It’s obvious one person had a bad experience and got all her little friends to Make bad review also. 12/10 would highly recommend this place

Move over Smoothie King because Tropical Smoothie takes the Cake for the BEST smoothies around!!!! With a tasteful & healthy menu, TS is a great option for adults and kids alike.

I bought a mocha madness that had a lot of intentional pieces of plastic. And this was on Valentine’s Day 2021, very disappointing. Will not be returning.

They don't honor rewards program. Only TSC that I've been in that doesnt. When asked they told me "Corporate hadn't set them up yet.". Same story I heard about a year ago. Corporate please check on this franchisee, he needs help getting his systems set up.

great place with great food. Recently did a remodel and the place looks great. You do have to wait a little sometimes for your food to come out but it's worth it
