Such a great atmosphere. I’ve been coming here for over 12 years and the customer service and the quality of food hasn’t changed once. This place is definitely a must. Located just off Main Street in downtown Greenville, SC. There is a parking garage just down the street or you can find free two hour parking around the location. If you make a purchase you enjoy the great WiFi service they have.

I think I may have been there on an off day. The place was dark and dreary…the dish bins were full and a machine had water running out onto the floor. The coffee wasn’t good I had to toss it and the breakfast sandwich was cold.

Women owned cozy, charming underground coffee is what you look for on an early morning. There was a couch where I crushed and enjoyed my cappuccino, sandwich and cheesecake.

Delicious, good prices, friendly people, cozy atmosphere. You couldn’t ask for anything more from a coffee place. We stopped in for late night treats and it was the highlight of our weekend staycation!

Super friendly staff, you do bus your own table, the smoothies are refreshing I choose to get a strawberry one. Cheesecake was really good, also plenty of seating.

While visiting Greenville we stopped at this local staple. Our coffee was perfectly on point and paired well with the slice of cheesecake we shared. The atmosphere is cozy, though there is some construction/updating underway. The staff were polite and there seems to be a wise range of offerings on their menu. Would most definitely return to explore this diverse venue again.

Quirky coffee spot located underground of main and coffee street. I recommend for a unique experience with delicious coffee. The stairs to access are quite steep and there is no alternative access. This is not recommend for children. Great for business, date or casual meet up. Coffee is delicious and I recommend the deserts. There is a comedy venue next door and can be a fun adventure as well.

A downtown Greenville staple, located down a flight of stairs at the corner of Coffee St. and Main in the heart of it all. Exposed brick and well worn seating await you for some quiet reading or a group meet up after dinner.
Coffee quality is solid and the food options are better than you’d expect for a coffee shop. A dessert case offers slices of pie, cheesecake, carrot cake, brownies, cookies, and other baked good like scones. I recommend the cinnamon scone!
Service is usually quick and the staff are friendly in an unobtrusive way.

I have so many memories of this place from my childhood and I recently went for lunch. The coffee drinks are still amazing, especially the frozen black tiger. Lunch took 15 minutes to get from the time we placed our order, which was a salad and a sandwich. They were out of chicken salad on the day we went. Overall this place has lost a bit of the charm from what I remember, but it's still a local gem. Also, I wish they had more gluten free bakery options.

It's in a neat location. I really wanted to like this place but the coffee doesn't seem to be worth the hype. Could have been a one off since they were busy but id say skip this one and go to Methodical instead.

The food might be better than the coffee.
