Krispy Kreme

The Christmas and holidays deal in 12/12 is good one. The 1$ for dozen donuts when you buy holiday themed donuts is good deal. Kids loved them.

Very disappointing! I arrived at Krispy Kreme at 5PM tonight to pick up hot n’ ready glazed doughnuts and was surprised when they told me they were only doing them from 5:30PM-6:00PM when the times listed for hot doughnuts is 5:00PM-10:00 PM. If they are not going to abide by these times then they need to be corrected.

I love their donuts. But trying to get some from this place always takes 20m minimum. Tonight we ordered 2 hot chocolates and they are very cold! They were out of all kinds of donuts. Way expensive too. Huge disappointment of a location.

Decided to park and walk in since the line was long for the drive thru. Line was quick inside and the lady that grabbed our donuts was nice until,... we reached the register and the young lady was very rude. 1st she didn't ask if we wanted anything else so she rung just the donuts and we kindly told her we wanted to order drinks too. She then just replies drinks, we say yes. Then a pause and she says drinks again while throwing her hand up as if she trying to tell us to hurry up and tell her.

Recommend that this location gathers their employees and retrain them for customer service. All she had to say was,"would you like anything else."

My doughnuts were hard and cold, the hot sign was on and I waited in line only to be disappointed when I got home , this is the 3rd time this has happened so I’m not going back

Never go during busy times. I always go when it’s slow and they get me in and out quickly. Donuts are great! Only problem is the staff, who are always unprofessional. But what do you expect?

Sadly drive thru has presidents over in store customers. As I’m waiting to even be acknowledged I watch the employees place non glazed donuts into boxes for drive thru customers. I also asked for those as well and the employee stated they’re limited I cannot have them, I can only have the glazed. So I asked why could drive they have them? The response was there are no donuts to give except glazed. I show her the entire cart of donuts they’re pulling from and she says they’re not there. You have to laugh at this point. They’re iced in bright blue and others are chocolate iced, definitely not glazed donuts. The attitude that came from the associate was disgusting. I just can’t. I guess Happy Holidays somewhere else. Duck Donuts 🍩 never a bad experience.

Not much of a selection, seemed more mini doughnuts then regular, girl filling our order wasn't really paying attention to what we were choosing, she was busy telling her coworkers she was about to get off and what her plans were. Maybe have self service KK at least ill get better service then.

Clean and excellent service. Always great donuts
