Love the drive thru and menu. The staff is always friendly and I get my order in a reasonable time. The location is easy to get in and out without incident which is a huge plus in the area.

I don't normally go to coffee shops, but my girlfriend loves this place and they have some amazing non-coffee drinks, both caffinated and not.

Ordered a coffee I didn't taste any coffee in it I politely asked if they could make it they said yes get my second cup of coffee it was half whipped cream and half syrup I guess they thought it was funny I would never go back here and really disappointed and saddened by the staff they have here they look like a bunch of little kids it was the big girl out the window with the short dark hair was really rude and basically laugh when she handed me the second cup of whipped cream and syrup

I never write reviews, unless positive, as I was in the service industry for over seven years and know how difficult it can be to work with the public. I ordered a mint mocha, and didn’t specify how I would like it (totally my fault). Once it was made, there were no other customers in the store, and maybe one car in the drive through. I said to the lady “I will pay for another, but can I order one frozen instead”. I am pregnant and have had some aversions to hot coffee recently. She turned around, right in front of us all, and made a gesture to her co-workers that suggested she was incredibly annoyed. Everyone I was with saw it, and so I told her it was alright, I would drink the coffee she had already made. Ten or fifteen minutes later an older lady received her bagel sandwich, and it was cold. She politely asked the same lady who had given me so much attitude, to warm the bagel up. She then proceeded to be extremely rude to this customer as well. When we confronted her on her behavior, she waved her hand in all of our faces and said “bye” repeatedly. On our way out, we heard the other employee state “this cars eggs are going to be cold, but I don’t care”. The absolute worst customer service I have probably ever had.

The havarti and turkey bagel was really good!! We have tried about 8 different drinks and have not been able to find one we like. When we ordered they did not seal the drinks which in the middle of COVID ordering take out was pretty much only option and the drinks spilled. The coffee combinations here are all very sweet.

Coffee is good if they are ever open to get any. It's 5:30, store hours until 6. Open sign on . No answer at drive through and Door locked. Guess they just decided to close early. Happens all the time. How can you run a business if you can't have consistent hours and employees just decide to close early. So frustrating and annoying. Management and corporate need to get this Dorchester road location under control

I used to really love this place but they advertise that they close at 6 and they definitely close earlier than this. My husband and I drove across town to make it here by 6 and got here 15 minutes early and they turned the lights off and said they were closed. He said "I thought you guys were open until 6?" The girl laughed at him and said "we are but we're closing early"..... Clearly not open until 6. As someone who runs a business, I would and could never close early and tell a customer that I'm "sorry" and I'm not going to honor my business hours.

Great local coffee, low prices, "definitely better than a certain chain"

First time coming here: I had a DoorDash pick up order. I will say, I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door. However, that was the only communication I was given during my 15 minute wait. No one asked how could they help, what I might've been waiting on or anything. At 7a, there was no one inside and only 3 cars at the drive through.
I received notification that my order should be ready. I went back to the counter, and after seeing one of the barista standing around (which signaled they weren't busy), I inquired about my order status; to which she replied "it just came through". Correct me if I'm wrong, but the restaurant has to confirm the order, which happened 15 minutes prior to my arrival.
I'm a fairly patient person and I understand restaurants are short-staffed, but that wasn't the case here and it sucks that it was my first impression of this restaurant with such high reviews.
