With Milk has been a favorite coffee spot of mine for a year now. The family who owns it are some of the nicest people I have met and my experience here has been the highlight of 2022-2023.
As far as the coffee goes, it’s a little more expensive than Starbucks, but that’s to be expected with the proper ingredients and care put into the coffee. Each shot of espresso is brewed to perfection.
Sadly they have been targeted by some hateful people on social media who are impersonating their instagram and leaving false reviews on Google. To the person doing this, I hope you find peace since your life seems to be so full of hate.
Give With Milk a shot, all of my students and their parents love this place, and I’m sure you will to.

What a cute little cafe in McKinney/north Allen. It has quite a spacious patio to sit and hang out if you want and the actual store is much bigger on the inside than it looks.
I ended up ordering one of their specialty lattes - the ube honey latte - and OMG I loved it! So unique and tasty... even a random patron walking in parking lot was like wow your drink looks so good.
I'll definitely be back to try their other coffee drinks and maybe even a pastry!

Sad to see low ratings of With Milk due to an impersonator harassing people online!! I LOVE this place and their tea is SOOO good. My favorite flavors from them are their Thai Tea and Milk Tea but I’m definitely wanting to try some more. Staff is always polite and sweet! 10/10 recommend, great place to hang out w friends or study :)

With Milk has one of the best flavors and vibes that I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing! The Iced Spring is one of my favorite things from the menu bc it tastes enough like coffee AND matcha!!
