A wonderful hidden little gem. A nice relaxing atmosphere, some soft jazz music, great tea and latte. Had the bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito and enjoyed every bite. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a nice casual relaxing bite to eat. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Worth the visit for sure.

This was the first local coffee shop I visited when I moved to Austin five years ago. They know my name, my favorite drinks and make me feel like part of the community. The coffee is good, the building is great and I love to catch the occasional improv show.

Lovely staff and charming place retaining the aura of coffee shops from a bygone era, with warm wood and art on the wall from local artists and potted plants to give out a cozy vibe

Absolutely Excellent! Atmosphere in the morning was subtly festive and relaxed with folksy holiday music.
Had the Hideout Hazelnut Latte before work (great quality and not too sweet!), with a Gluten Free coffee cake (yummy!).
I came by for a hot tea in the evening. Customer service was excellent both in the morning and evening: Will absolutely come back the next time I'm in town.
Thanks!

Cute atmosphere and sweet employees BUT their ice coffee sucked. I paid the price of what I would get a grande for at Starbucks. It was in drinkable. I asked for a sweet caramel iced coffee. I was given a coffee with no cream in it and when I used the milk in the counter it tasted like it was bad. If you are an iced coffee only person, I’d consider going elsewhere.

Really good position but the lady who served me was not friendly at all. We arrive in the moment they were closing the kitchen (like 3 minute later) and she refused to ask if it was possible to cook something. So rude. The bagel was old and no tasty at all, served with the cheapest cheese I've ever eat.

Great coffee, friendly and fast service.
My soy lattee tasted great and wasn't too pricey.
Keep in mind, you can't walk in to order but need to place your oder by the window. They only have two tables to sit outside and eat at - if you end up ordering food. Didn't get any pastry items but they looked great.

Nice little coffee shop, with vegan cakes etc. Unfortunately the coffee was served in takeout cups, even though we were drinking in. It would have been nice to have a glass or mug, rather than feeling like I was sat in a nice version of McDonald's

Went with 3 of my cousins, I got an Arnold palmer, and they got a,cold brew coffee and a tea. To say it was bad is an understatement. The Arnold palmer was just unsweet tea, the tea tasted bad. And the cold brew was the worst thing there by far. Won't be returning on my next trip to Austin.
