At Home

As a member of "At Homes" rewards program, I received a discount card valued at 15% off my total sale to celebrate my birthday. My wife and I were impressed with the ENORMOUS number of items that they had for Halloween and wound up buying several items. We saved a total of $11.00. Thank you "At Home"!

Twice this has happened that we have been asked to wait for 1 hr for our pick up order .
No sync up between order status online and actual status , without picking up the order it was marked picked up
The few of items were defective , is there no concept of checking the product before putting up in the bag , very difficult process to return the items
The checkout lady was very rude , even we have our number handy through which she can easily access the order but she was not ready to cooperate when we said the registered email id is not currently synced in our phone

Last but not the least , Without being thankful and sorry for delivering our pickup order late and they put us on hold , she was talking rude while returning their defective products . Will surely not come again…

I had a terrible experience with this store's online ordering and delivery service. Despite paying extra for same-day delivery, my order arrived three days late, and I had to deal with missing items. When I contacted the store for help, they simply blamed the third-party delivery company (why would I care? I paid "At Home", not another company) and offered no assistance. As a paying customer, I expected better service and a more positive customer experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

I am a new customer to At Home. Firstly, I am impressed with their selection and pricing. But secondly and more importantly, I am totally “won over” by their customer service!! I just purchased some furniture from there. Patrick, Cherese and Dawn were so friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and moving big pieces of furniture including getting heavy display chairs down off high shelves for us to try out while always maintaining a pleasant demeanor. Patrick especially so…He took it upon himself to locate a wrench needed to tighten a loose leg on a display chair and proceeded to tighten it for us himself (he didn’t have to do that), gave us several helpful tips on maintaining the furniture, and hauled everything out of the store for us and helped load it - all with a good dose of cheer! There was also Erica, who gave little helpful pointers along the way and I’m sure would have helped more if needed. Keep up the great work, y’all! You have won a repeat customer in me!!

I always enjoy shopping here. It's just entertaining to see all the merchandise available to put in your home, inside and out. Good variety. I recommend!

Mostly garbage, but you can find deals that agent for junk of you get lucky. Unfortunately you'll still have to wait 30 mins to check out because there's only ever one or two people working the register, but nothing rings up right so every checkout takes about 20 minutes per person. GLHF

Wow. This is my go to for shopping. Just witnessed the store manager (middle aged, brown hair w glasses) yell at a customer, "we are closed you need to go to the front." She was angry, her tone very unfriendly and rude. She walked away too fast to realize the woman she yelled at was hearing impaired. I walked over and let her know.

Shameful. I'll still buy from here, but that manager needs to chill. It's 10 til closing, understandably you want to get out on time but, geeez.

Poor lady wasn't ignoring you, she was clearly doing sign language to her 3 yrd old.

This is the most organized At Home store in the greater Austin area. Organization and presentation goes a long way towards making me want to shop and buy in any retail establishment. And friendly, helpful staff. I found all of these at the At Home store in Cedar Park. I was shopping for artwork, waste receptacles and utility carts on wheels. Found everything I was looking for and a few things I didn't know I was looking for. I live a good drive away from this particular At Home store, but it is definitely worth a little longer drive to find all of the things that help you make your house into your home. 👍👍👍👍👍

If you are fine with waiting in line on a Saturday for an hour with 50 people in front of you, then this is the place for you. I was appalled when an employee walking along the line offered to skip the line altogether if you apply for their credit card. Unbelievable! Gives you the impression that they intentionally created the situation. I set down the products and left the store. Just save yourself the trouble and order online elsewhere. Not worth it.

A nice store with a lot of variety in home decor. It was a challenge to find something or a assistant for help. When we did find an assistant we found 2 and they were extremely helpful. I believe there should be more checkout lanes open. There were around 20 people in line ahead of us around 11am on a Saturday. We decided not to wait that long to buy the one item.
