Update: no further response once I sent pictures to customer service. However, dared to try out the CP store again and this time even agreed to sign up for their credit card based on their promise of 10% discount. My purchase was rather large again. Well they set me up with the card, but apparently forgot the 10% discount. So will cancel card and make a check mark for this store. Don’t regret spending over 2K there, but gotta learn my lesson. There are other nice stores.

picked up another outdoor wicker furniture sectional piece today. Was planning to use it interior. Unfortunately, this piece has been either used in the store or used and returned by a customer. the bottom portion is covered in spiderwebs and once touching it, your hands are dirty. It's very unfortunate, considering the price for the piece is $400. I didn't realize it when it was loaded on the car and the box was removed to fit. I was told I cannot return it without the box and the box is at the store :) Also, I drove an hour to the store, since most stores in the area don't have this piece, so just to try returning it in person will be a task and might be unsuccessful. Disappointed!

It's not really my type of a store. I was there rather accidently. They have variety of home related, inexpensive merchandise.

I know of no other retail store on the face of the planet, perhaps in the entire solar system, that has worse customer service than At Home in Cedar Park TX. If you MUST go, grab a lawn chair, several of your favorite adult beverages, and take 2 tranquilizers 15 minutes prior to entering. Be prepared to order a pizza while you wait in line to get checked out. Their ongoing problem IS NOT a post-pandemic issue. This has been going on long before the pandemic. I have no idea how they stay open doing folks the way they do.

I was looking for a small table and chairs to put outside that was reasonably priced. I thought At Home would have something and they did! When it comes to reasonably priced decor, I can usually find what I'm looking for here.

We bought 4-6 pillows couple of weeks backs from this store(less than 30 days) and relized that one of the pillows stitches were removed. Went to store to return it with receipt). They denied taking the pillow back, telling me that the pillow is missing the tag and returns without the tags are not allowed by the federal law(not sure if its true, but I was bit amused by that statement). We definitely didnt removed the tag(I dont think removing the tag from a pillow is that easy either :) ). I saw few pillows on the shelf with stitches removed. Posting this just in case if someone doesn't know the federal law, and hopefully next time when you are buying look out for the tag on your purchase.

Margaret helped me with a return. It has been a rough week with the loss of my Father-in-law, she waa truly someone I needed at the moment. She assisted with my return and we chatted about name spelling and husbands. When I found what I needed and checked out, she was at the register and pulled me to her counter. Another kind conversation. Margaret, thank you!

Stopped in to get a couple of things for the house and left with a basket full. From home decor to kitchen utensils if it goes in your house it's probably here. A great selection of rugs, furniture, wall art, and bedding. They also have outdoor and garden items and decor. The store was overall clean, the bathroom was also very clean, and the prices were decent.

So much decor, but what's in the store changes rapidly so buy it now. Store staff is friendly and helpful. They have rewards you can sign up for as well! It's free! Good quality and so many theme options on the decor. If you holidays like I do, you'll wanna grab a coffee and come cruise!

Lots of great products, terrible customer service. Long check out lines, only one register open. Returns are impossible. Returns in the same line as check out and only one register open. Called Manager to complain, she said that's the way it is, too bad. Totally unacceptable.......

This place is great for all of your home needs. I'm writing this review in June of 2019 and they already have their fall selection out including Halloween. Thought it was a bit early for that but did find myself getting some things for fall. So.... Yeah.... The store has an amazing collection of things for the home and we have found a lot of things that we have furnished our home with. This is a great place to shop for your home decor. Employees seem friendly, don't really need to talk to them except when you check out so they must be doing something right.
