I don't get the purpose of order ahead if it's never ready to pick up. Everytime I order ahead on the app I have to show up tell them I'm here to pick it up only then do they make it.

This place is my friends favorite milk tea place in college station. It has a good atmosphere and nice seating. The music creates a nice ambiance but it’s not too loud to prevent you from working. I personally don’t like milk tea, which is why I originally had no intention to leave a review. The reason I’m leaving this review is because I’m a petty college student. I came in with my friends and while they were deciding what to order I asked for a water. The man at the register went into the back and came back a minute later and told me they had no water cups. This was especially frustrating seeing other employees with cups of water. I guess they’re only allowed to give customers certain cups for water, which would likely be a management decision. We’ve come here several times and will probably still come. This was just a frustrating encounter.
Edit:
Remembered this and felt salty, lowered to 2 stars

Went to get my medically fragile child a bubble tea drink. I asked about the sugar content and the guy said they only use real fruit and said he wouldn’t add any extra sugar to ours. When I got the drink I tasted it and it’s the sweetest drink I’ve ever had in my life. I go back to the counter and tell him and he reassures me there is no sugar, just fruit. I ask to see the flavor and he refuses. I look behind the counter and there is the trash syrup sitting on the counter marked “mango” (see picture attached). I show him and he admits it’s syrup. I ask for a refund and he says they don’t do refunds since I tasted it (literally 2 sips). By now my child is crying and upset. He continues to say that the syrup has no sugar in it only fruit - which is a lie. He continued to refused to refund me and look at my small child sitting there crying and not understanding why he can’t have a Bubble tea. By the way, both bonapptea and sharetea near campus both use real fruit and allow you not to add sugar. They don’t use a trash, gas station syrup slushie like Kung Fu Tea. $7 and they don’t use quality ingredients. What a horrible, terrible business!

Nice staff, pretty good tea. A little pricy compared to Austin but as far as college Station goes it's great. Snow cream is pretty good too

Nice Boba shop, staff is nice, friendly, and helpful for recommendations. Always walk away with a new drink, and usually enjoy them!

The workers there are not friendly. They don't answer your questions about the ingredients of the products. We asked them about one of the ingredients that we are allergic to, they ignored us for like 5 minutes until we asked them 4 times and they were like we'll have to google it. Like don't you know the ingredients? They also expect us to know the menu. They also don't ask you about the sugar level or the ice level in your drinks. Completely unprofessional.

I really love this place, they’re so fast and tasty.

This is my mother's favorite tea spot as the Bubble Tea isn't too sweet for her. Depending on the time of day you can get your tea in less than 5 minutes! Definitely a nice way to treat yourself. :)

So far. Ok. Their business hours conflict with the type of business they are really hope they do something with being open earlier in the morning. But. Their menu is huge. Good to try. But not a good reliance for a morning pick me up
