Very friendly. Took a minute to get our drinks, but our barista made it seem otherwise. Super yummy drinks

We had an over 30 minute wait at the drive thru and then when I received my drink order, (Electric Berry) it came out green instead of blue(pictured on their website) and tastes nothing like lime & blue raspberry. I was extremely disappointed because it tasted really bad too. Definitely not worth the wait.

Great place to go on your leisure time. It’s not a place to go for your morning coffee. Sense of urgency is not a thing. I was in line for 15 min and that’s tough since this is a drive thru establishment and all I ordered was a cold brew.

I simply don’t understand the craze! It’s definitely NOT coffee. It’s definitely nothing close to a caramel macchiato. The Caramelizer is simply a glass full of sub-par chocolate milk with a caramel drizzle and a faint note of coffee added. Service is slow. They try to distract from the wait by talking to you. The parking lot has turned into giant disaster, especially if you are trying to get to shops in the front building. There is no inside. There are no bathrooms if you need one. Been there 3 times now, trying different items at the begging of friends who say I got the wrong thing. Nope… no different. Definitely not competition for Plum, PJs or even Starbucks.

Great coffee and great customer service! Opening day it was super busy but orders were taken quickly and drinks were handed swiftly. They have an enormous selection of teas and drinks! There is something for everyone even the little kids.

the drinks are really good and the vibe is always good. i’ve been to this location a couple times already. was a little sad they couldn’t scan my rewards when i got to the window but now i know for next time i come! nice workers too.

Drive-thru was hard to navigate as there is 2 separate lanes. Their stuff is always good though.

Horrible service. They literally forgot about our drinks after they asked if we ordered and still had to wait 20 min just for them to forget again.
