Ms. Pam is very welcoming and I drove a long mile to make a pit stop to this particular location. (I think supporting small local businesses is extremely important!) #supportlocal. The cold brew is very tasty along with the design of the place. Very modern, sleek and inviting. They are renting out conference rooms for $40/hr! A great deal if you ever need to have a meeting.
I would highly recommend stopping by. It is nestled in, quaint, and totally worth the drive! Support your local business.

Meh. This place looked so great. I looked up reviews, saw great pics of pretty lattes. There was only one size cappucino (something I look for). So I go in and order two caps—one each for mh and me. The barista was very sweet, but for some reason gave us them to-go even though we were there to sit and enjoy. But the cup was bigger than I prefer espresso drinks—maybe twelve ounces. That’s what I get at Starbucks. I’ll go there if I want a drink that large. And there was no art or texture. It just wasn’t very good. I didn’t even finish mine.
If you aren’t particular about your cappuccino like I am, you will probably like this place. It’s super cute and a great place to hang out and study. It also has a great little patio. If they learn how to make a more Italian like cappuccino (6-8oz only) that is combines the foamed milk with the espresso for that creamy texture I love (not just foam scooped on top), I’d come back and try this place again. As it stands, it’s on my “don’t come back list”.

First off, staff is 💯 percent awesome, felt like I was family. The coffee tastes great, the atmosphere is calm and they play great music. A wonderful coffee house tucked away within the Dallas community. Starbucks who?

The service here is fantastic, the ladies at the counter were super friendly and helpful in recommending good drinks. Very friendly working atmosphere with many places to set up a laptop or get together for a group meeting.

I love the atmosphere. It's a great place to come and chill while you have some free time. The lattes are good and so are the condiments. Can't think of any cons. One of the better coffee houses in Dallas.

Everything about this cafe was amazing, but most of all the staff. Yummy tacos, delicious coffee, lots of space to sit. Will be back.

Good wifi and great coffee! Typical prices and no non-fat milk. Parking is tight.

I absolutely love Herb's.
I've been here several times now and it's the only coffee shop/Cafe that truly caters to the remote and co-working crowd.
It never gets as loud as a Starbucks or other coffee shops because most people are there to work... even at max capacity, any noise is minimal and manageable.
The staff is incredible. Fast, helpful, and really attentive. There's a lot of personalized service, regardless of whether you're a newbie or a regular.
From a work perspective, every table or seating area is set up with outlets and there's room to spread out. There's free wifi. I love the convenience of being able to drop in and work with no charge or package fees in the general seating area, and when I need a private room (multiple choices) I can pay by the hour for a meeting or dedicated space. The outdoor patio is also a great alternative.
The Cafe... great coffee and tea selection. The food selection is limited, but everything is made fresh and really, really good. I only go about once a week, but when I'm there, it's usually for most of the day and I'll end up grabbing something for breakfast and again for lunch... and I spend a lot less than I would at a Starbucks. It's a great option for meetings because you can take care of the space and food together.
There are so many things to love about Herb's, it's now my one and only go-to for remote work.
