Enjoyed both a house pour over and a cortado here. Both coffee and espresso were pleasant tasting. Service was quick. Has a good amount of seating both inside and outside.

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I would not recommend this location. Have given this location multiple opportunities, yet they continue to descend into failure. First trip was fine, had solid service and good pastries. However, the second trip was poor; we tried placing an order online, but they were sold out of everything the website state, so we called to double-check as it was minutes after they opened. We received a large sigh and sass, but they took our order over phone – person begrudgingly took our order. This past trip (today) was the worst; we placed our order online (as told to in our past 2 trips into the location) and not only did we have to wait an additionally 20-minutes past the pick-up time, but they had given away pastries that we purchased online to people coming into the store well after they received our online order (I’m talking about when we arrived at 8:30am they were handing out pastries, yet waited until they handed us our coffee at 8:50am that there was no more pastries – even though we purchased them). So, the staff in unable to keep track of their online orders - they fail to provide their customers with items they purchased and were rude about the whole situation.

I would understand if it was busy, but it was steady. They had a few customers inside and I only imagine orders online, but your foot traffic has decreased dramatically. Yes, I know you are new to online ordering; however, thousands of others have figured that system out. The management did not care what we had to say and rushed to get us off the phone. If your online order system does not work properly, please let your guest know when they arrive OR remove the feature entirely. Additionally, I believe the “pick-up time” should be removed, because our coffees weren’t started until after we arrived. Folks who walked in after us, received their coffee and pastries. I can work with online order not working and me being forced to come into the store; however, I am disappointed because the customer service failed to do their job (keep track of pastries and failed to provide timely support) and staff/management was rude to us.

I've been to a lot of coffee shops around town, but luke warm latte after waiting 15 min? Also, please observe your customers. It's no good to ignore them when their kids are anxious and 3 of 4 people are just watching a trainee try 4 times to make a proper espresso shot. Go to the next station and just make the drink. Staff might need some training. Thanks!

So happy to have found this coffee shop in Deep Ellum! The coffee and pastries are excellent. The baristas are very kind and sociable! Also, the shop is so nice and beautiful on the inside! The hours are wonderful for someone like me who works night shift.

If you buy a bottled / canned drink and want a cup for it, they’ll charge you for the cup.

That’s right, you spend money on a beverage from the fridge with the highest margins, you have to pay for a cup to use it in. Have never heard of a coffee shop doing that. Supposed “cup shortage” that no other restaurant or coffee shop seems to be affected by….

I love it here! I always get the same thing and they are always very consistent. The baristas are all very sweet too and always make conversation. It’s a little pricey but worth it if you’re looking for a quality coffee.

Really good coffee in a really cool space in Deep Ellum. Went here on a Sunday morning and it was hoppin'.......busy but not crazy. I had the coffee of the day......a nice Nicaraguan coffee. Love that you get free refills......even if you get one to go on your way out the door. Cool tunes playing.... .good coffee......cool vibe. I like this place. Give it a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

LOVE this spot in the ❤️ of Deep Ellum the girls who work there when I've been there are very friendly and can tell they love their job. Definitely a must stop when in Deep Ellum

Danny, Axel, and the crew are absolutely incredible. The space is peaceful and perfect for pictures. Let’s get to the all star here the coffee. They roast there own blends!!! Thank you guys for giving me an amazing experience every time I come!
