I came here with my mom and aunt and ordered 3 bakery items, a decaf coffee, hot water, and a matcha latte. The bakery items weren't bad but I never got my latte bc the guy at the register never heard it... I suggest they listen more carefully to the customers' orders. But one good thing was that they had plenty of extra seating outside the coffee shop so we were all able to talk freely as long as we wanted.

Bad customer service. Early morning staff . purely just not paying attention to your specific order. .its not. Science to. Listen and make orders right. . specially in the morning. Come on out of three employees there. Could make a good one .. And they could care less .. For the prices they charge you would think the would know how to listen and not ruin your breakfast. Come on... Its not rocket science.. Well we will go to the next option...

Love their coffee. The beans are not burned like those at Starbucks. Baristas are good at details and prompt. The prices are comparable to your local Starbucks. There are seats right outside, but they are awkwardly facing the escalator and the wall.

E-bar closes at 6pm.... I went in at 5:40 and got in line. I was waiting behind 2 groups of 2 people each and was told to leave and get out of the line I had been waiting in as the last group in front of me was the “last in line” for the day. This happened at 5:42. Almost half an hour before closing. Ridiculous. Will not be returning. Also annoying they don’t offer Apple Pay. Even the Nordstrom’s employee inside the store said this was ridiculous. So disappointed.

I absolutely hated the treatment of today's workers. I'm not saying that all the workers are rude, the two women on duty today, a red haired black woman and a blonde mistreated me. It is part of their job to know that when you make an espresso in a small mug, customary that you pour hot water first. I waited 15 minutes on a day that wasn't busy and when I received it it was messy and made sloppily. The two boys however were kind. Not okay.

Great drinks but the place is so dirty. Had to clean off a table before I could work. No place to plug in, wifi is terribad but the Free People store wifi works. Comfy chairs and couches. Nice place to read or grab a cup of coffee but definitely not anything resembling an Internet cafe.

Coffee is good, however when we came here at 10:30am and ordered a standard coffee, the barista told us they needed to begin brewing it before. I would think they would have started brewing all their coffees in the morning BEFORE opening at 10am.

I try and come at least once a week simply because I am OBSESSED with how perfect their lavender chai latte (with oat milk and shot of espresso) is. Hands down top chai I’ve ever had

The Nordstrom eBar really has surprisingly good drinks. Their tropical tea is perfect. For a hot Texas day, and their lavender Chai is amazing in the winter.
I do think the drinks are pricy, but I also think Starbucks is pricy. If you don't mind Starbucks prices, check this place out. The line is always short, service is fast, and the quality of drinks is great.
