PJ's Coffee

The look and feel of PJ's is AMAZING!! A great to place to get work done and to hang out with friends & family. The drinks and pastries are so good!!

I waited a long time to get my order taken at the drive thru (even though I was the only car there) and when I went around to the window to pay, the guy kinda laughed and said “I didn’t really take your order—what was it? 😂” 😒😒
This is the second time this has happened.

This coffee place has become my favorite! I tried it for the first time 3 days ago and I’ve had one every day since then. Their iced Honey Oat Milk Latte is addicting! So good!

Coffee is great and the staff is nice but if you're pressed for time don't bother the wait time can be ridiculous, after the first few times I've come I knew it was possibly the norm here and it is. Today was the longest I've waited though, it was at least 45 minutes in the drive thru, and that's with just 2 cars waiting in front of us. So just make sure you plan accordingly

My family came in for a Dallas area weekend getaway, and we decided to try a new coffee place. SO GLAD WE DID!! This place blows Starbucks out of the water, and we even made sure to make a second trip our following day. The coffee concoctions and baked goods we had were top notch, but the best part was the service!!! If I were looking to hire any staff, and lived locally, I would poach the employee named Andrae! I cannot say enough good things about him! He was beyond friendly, great with my kids, and really just made us feel welcome. Kudos to this company, and your rockstar employees! We will most definitely stop in again every time we’re in the area. (Or have someone open a location in Northwest Arkansas!!!! 🤔😁)

First time trying this place out. I thought it would be better than my Starbucks run but I was completely wrong. I placed an online order 15 minutes before 8am. Confirmation said it would be ready at 8:03. Obviously I didn't expect it on the dot but I waited until 8:20 for them to tell me they had not even started. I arrived at 8 and told them I was there and they said they were "working on it". The communication definitely is lacking. I was also told they were out of one of the items. This whole situation would have been avoided if the staff would have communicated instead of avoiding me. It does not make sense to me how an online order would not be filled before like 10 drive thru orders placed at the time. I think if I wouldn't have spoken up I would still be there waiting because that's how bad the communication is. I never get upset but this was horrible. Not one item was ready. I was willing to leave with whatever they I had made, at least my DRINK!? Anyways don't blame it on the tech because you knew I was there, and lied about working on my order and then have me waiting there. Please work on it.

Great customer service by Tia and the rest of the PJ's crew. First time here and will definitely be back often.

We love their fresh made to order beignets! They offer a yummy variety of coffees too. You won’t be disappointed!

Went in to get coffee for my wife. The staff recommended a drink based on her preferences. I took their recommendation and I'm glad I did. My wife loved her southern wedding cake latte. They even made it less sweet for her, as she doesn't like her drinks too syrupy.
