Tim Hortons

Bought chocolate iced donuts. Opened the box the next morning, all the icing had melted off the donuts. My thermostat was set at 77.. don't know why the icing melted.
The coffee was great!!

When they opened they were okay, but now they are going downhill. When you order thru the app and get to the location to pick up your order, they are out of half the things you ordered. At the point, I just wanted a refund on my sandwich cuz they were saying it would take an additional 10 minutes. I was then told they could not issue a refund and I would have to contact customer service. I asked can you please guide me how I can do this, they were like I don't know just follow it on the app.

Basically, 2 things they need to work on: Inventory and educated workers

Let me just start by saying absolutely no one but Tim Hortons charges for a pup cup. The customer service is extremely poor. The manager ignored me when I was trying to get his attention. I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte with oatmilk. I asked is this sugar free with oat milk?Because oatmilk is an additional charge. The fella asked the gal is this sugar free oatmilk .. she says no... So had to wait for another. I will NEVER come back to this joke. I would heed the waring . Don't waste your time this is the absolute worse Latte I've ever had. With 0 syrup the 2nd time around. I guess he felt I didn't need the sugar free vanilla.

Nice coffee. All kinds of coffees are available. Decaf is also available. They can provide milk and sugar separately. Available from early mornings. Drive through available. Multiple sizes of coffee are available. Its called as Canadas’s famous coffee. Got coffee, cold coffee, breakfasts, snacks and sandwiches are available.

Awesome. A lot better than Starbucks. Great food, great pastries, great drink. A bit taste of Canada

Sunday - 6:30pm Young lady at the front desk ignoring everyone in line until she was ready to greet us and take our order. Tables are dirty and the seats could use a good cleaning. Very disappointing.

04/13/23 Usually they are very quick on the drive thru but this morning was a horrible experience.They had cars pull forward to a parking spot just to forget about us waiting while other vehicles behind us were able to get their orders.I didn't even have a large order and it involved just regular coffee.Went inside and asked for a refund.This needs to be taken more seriously cause this is peoples early commute being altered.

I never seem to get good service in the drive through. I pull up, wait and wait until I start saying “Hello” and never get a reply. It’s happened 3 times in the past two weeks and I’ve just left without being able to order because no one is there to help take my order. It’s very frustrating.

I first experienced Tim Hortons aka Tim Hoots in Kandahar Afghanistan and I’m so happy to have one nearby. Absolutely delicious coffee and snacks.

I'm from Toronto, and the iced cap tasted exactly like back home. Chocolate dip donut could've been better though.
