Very slow drive thru service. Coffee not bad but not worth the wait. I’ll just go to QT next time and be in and out quick.

I was driving by and had to try this place. I was in town checking out Rye Bunker Hill Apartments down the street and needed a boost. The service was amazing and didn’t wait long for my cold brew.

Went to try it out since i had heard the drinks were good, upon arriving i was the ONLY car in the drive thru apart from the ones whos orders were already taken/waiting on there order, i waited for 5 mins and within those 5 mins more cars arrived , instead of coming directly to me i was skipped NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, and when i tried to get both of the employees taking the orders outside attention they both ignored me. this isnt what my first experience should've of been like and nobody cared to take my order after 10 mins of waiting... i took off upset and when i tried to call that same day to make a complaint they didn't pick up the phone and left me on hold for over 30 mins... customer service was a 0/10 this happened on 2/11/23 a bit past 11 am

This Dutch Bros sachse Texas is excellent with excellent customer service Niya was very good and went out of her way to give good customer service and delicious drinks

The coffee is horrible . The sweet drinks are sickeningly sweet. I thought Starbucks was the worst but DB beats Starbucks fir sure
