Kolache Factory

Great Kolaches. Most unique variety for Kolaches in the clear lake area. It is not my go to place though but it is for my son. He likes the bacon, egg and cheese one. I like the Turkey and gravy one during Thanksgiving time.

When I come here it's usually great but today I was short 1 kolache ,I pre paid for 5 when I got home I saw there are only 4 .disappointed that I got ripped off !

They keep increasing the prices. Its almost $3 per piece now. Store was clean. Too many people in line. No social distancing anymore

I hate they stopping making the little sausage kolaches and they were sold out of fruit kolaches! They sold me smoked sausage kolaches instead but I didn't like them at all. The orange juice was very good! 😆

First and last time visit. Customer service doesn't mean anything. They tried to overcharge me for my order. When I pointed it out they wouldn't correct the amount, so I left with nothing. It's sad that kids can't do the math anymore. When I asked to speak to a manager the kid next register over said he was the manager and stood there laughing the whole time. My experience here, was humiliating.

They changed the icing mixture for their cinnamon rolls. When the employees working there say that the quality of food and ICING for the cinnamon rolls has changed, it's time to give your money to the competition.

If you like sausage kolache, the Polish Hot is by far the best. Texas Hot a bit spicy for me. Thumbs up on the Ranchero

1) They do not have all the product they sell on the shelves ready to sell when they are open.
2) No one greets you when you walk in the store, all the employees look at you like you are annoying them with your presence.
3) They give you COLD product. If you walk in the store and order a dozen kolaches you will receive a doxen cold kolaches in a box.
4) For the size of the kolaches that you receive they are way over priced. They are half the size of a regular kolache. One dozen (half size) kolaches after taxes comes to $19.98.
5) last but not least they do not taste very well at all. The bread is very doughy almost not cooked and there is too much of it. 90% of the kolache is doughy, almost uncooked bread. The remaining 10% is a tiny sausage.

Bad experience over all. Left a bad taste in my mouth and in my wallet. I have been to this store more than once and each time I hoped it would get better and gave it the benefit of the doubt, however I was sadly disappointed.

Quick and excellent service every time! The ladies here are so sweet and kind each time I come in. The potato egg and cheese kolaches are my favorite!
