Kung Fu Tea

Super delicious boba. I ordered the taro with boba and passion fruit with bursting grape. The staff is friendly and the environment is cool to hangout. We were planning on just getting to go but ended up staying a few because of the feel. Totally chill place!

Tai tea, taro tea is excellent. Beautiful and relaxing water feature. Nice place to get a unique drink.

Walked in 2 hours before they closed.
They didn’t have several items that were online, that’s okay. I picked something else and she said they didn’t have it. After I picked a third item and had been standing there 5 minutes, she tells me she’s now closed. She didn’t tell us they were closed when we walked in. Terrible customer service for someone who just wanted a drink. Sadly this is the second similar visit.

Tony was super sweet! It was my first time trying this place and I had no idea what to order so I asked him to surprise me as long as it had Boba, he went with mango :) I didnt expect to see desserts on the menu and the cake I chose didnt disappoint! It was a beautifully crafted ombre cake. I loved it. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming. I'll most definitely return!

Brand new! Very clean and had a great atmosphere. The decor was perfect and the place was quiet and welcoming. I have been to a few Kung Fu Tea's in other parts of the country, and this one definitely has the best vibe.

This is an awesome experience 50% of the time.

At first it seemed it was because they were new, but they've been open a while now and they still do not have a process in place to get your order right. It's hit or miss if you get your drink exactly how you ordered it (if you don't change/add anything to your drink, they normally get it right).

About 75% of the time they have just enough people to keep the wait time under 10 mins, but the other 25% of the time (like yesterday, middle of the day Saturday) they only have one or 2 people working. We were there for 50 mins waiting for our drinks. One person stayed on register, the other on drinks... They really need to analyse their sales, predict heavy traffic times and adjust their manning. If that was someone's first time there, I'm sure they would never go back, and they'd tell everyone they knew how bad it was.

It's sad, because this place could be so amazing if the owners only cared more about their customer's experience. 😔

Amazing to have a bubble tea place in WF! Great prices and fun atmosphere. Can’t wait for Covid to end so I can chill here with friends.

I've had their Mango slush, passion fruit slush, and Chai tea, and everything is delicious and the service has always been friendly!

Constantly out of half of their menu, lounge area dirty. Have to order through a machine that wants you to tip. Hopefully they fix these issues.

Ordered the Honey Milk Tea with original Boba. It was amazing and quick. The facility is beautiful, has cell phone charging ports and offers a tranquil atmosphere. This place is VERY under-rated. It's one of the newer places in Wichita Falls, but they are not lacking on Hospitality. No other place in town have I found offer such a variety in exotic teas.
