Good coffee and service every time.

I love when my 8 dollar coffee has absolutely no coffee in it, I love that a tip is also asked for before I get my coffee.

Really inconsistent. Either the drinks are right, service is decent and fairly quick or you’re gonna wait 10 minutes for your drink that they have to double check because they have it wrong. This morning I went and ordered a sandwich and a drink. Waited at the drive through window for 5 minutes until the girl working took a break from talking to her coworkers to let me know they forgot to turn the oven on and they can just make me something else for breakfast. I know accidents happen but the consistent poor service at this location gets a little unreasonable. I love the other locations and drinks and I hope this one gets better.

Used to love coming here. Today was an exception. My barista was very rude after I asked nicely to remake my drink. I get the same drink everytime I come in and if I'm spending 9$ on a drink I would expect it to be made well. S(he) was very rude and got upset after I asked him nicely to remake my drink and even then it was the same as the first time. Poor experience, poor service, and a total let down on my favorite local coffee spot. :(

I spent part of a rainy SAT morning at the Fort Union Blvd Beans & Brews. Admittedly the best part of that morning was my coffee companion -- thank you for the lovely company and conversation, Nicole. But Beans & Brews does deserve kudos as well. The coffee drinks were good, made fresh and promptly, the restaurant was clean, appropriate social distancing steps in place, and overall just a nice place to spend a couple of hours. I'll be back.

Great product. Slowest coffee shop in the entire world. Took 35 min in a drive through with 4 cars ahead of me.

We are new to the coffee scene, but my teenager wanted to try it. We went in knowing nothing and the girl at the counter was extremely patient and helpful. The whole place is nicely decorated, very welcoming, and extremely clean. Would definitely recommend.

The coffee wasn't half bad at all, the customer service was awesome, and the seating was more than comfortable!

I was in Salt Lake City for a conference and this place was much closer to where I was staying than Starbucks was, so I gave it a shot. Actually, two extra shots. Beans & Brews knows their stuff. The staff was friendly, the service quick, and the coffee was just as I asked for. Recommended to those who want to support local instead of Seattle.

I always stop here before work and the last few times the drinks have been literally watered down to the point where there’s basically no coffee in it.
