Since our new team took over management within the last 4 weeks, I have loved coming into work and serving our awesome guests the best coffee in Utah. On my days off, it’s a great place to grab a tasty drink or snack while I work on my Weber State homework because it’s the closest Beans and Brews to my house. The worker amounted that my sandwich was done so quietly that I couldn’t hear it. Thumbs down experience

Store manager told me not to be rude about my drink they messed up on. My order was simple and easy I asked for light ice and got cup full of ice. When I came into the store I said i want this remade and her first thing that came out of her mouth was you dont have to be rude. This is the beans and brews on 12th st and wall ave.

Best coffee in town. They have the best customer service, they always greet you and tell you to have a nice day. I've been going often that they know my order when I walk in. I love there special drinks they make every season.

I love this place! Lots better than Starbucks.

Love coming here for an early morning cup of coffee to start my day or even for a mid-day pick-me-up. The drive-thru staff is always friendly and I've never had an order messed up which is always a plus

It's been a couple of days since I went here, but my Breve Latte was awesome! It was a special drink the Barista on shift recommended. It was some kind of caramel drink, but I don't remember the name of it. Perfect service!!!

Horrible customer service. Don’t start delivery orders until driver shows up costing the driver time and money. Then run out of drink holders so the driver has to juggle multiple drinks. Mis-managed and poorly run.

Update* still mis managed and horrible customer service. I hate picking up orders from here. It cost time and money and they don’t care.

Update* out of almond milk and still horrible customer service. Just once I would like an order ready when I arrive. JUST ONCE!

Update 5/31/22 still no improvement!

Poor poor integrity. Bought a blended carmecello for $7.50 (which is silly) for a friend's birthday... then the next day I got charged for $10. No drink is worth $7.50 let alone $10. I'm guessing an employee gave themselves a tip. I won't be recommending this location for sure.

Update: 2 weeks later I've done everything they asked me to, so they would correct the charge, and nothing. It's not about the money at this point. Poor service. Poor integrity. Disappointing.
