Forget the prices. It is Park City and it is a tourist trap. But the lady owner has such a bad attitude, shoppers bother her!...I left by canceling my order. I hope she can hire someone with a smiley face and a good attitude.

Unfriendly, rude, and unwelcoming lady. She was extremely disrespectful and never smiled once. The ice cream had a hair in it and the area was UNSANITARY, the lady was not wearing a mask and coughing while preparing our food. i felt UNSAFE eating the ice cream. I proceeded to tell her i no longer wanted the ice cream and she told me i still had to pay for the ice cream, and i could not leave until i payed for it, a small ice cream was EXTREMELY OVER PRICED standing at 9 dollars. Lady raised her voice and did not give us a receipt. FIND ICE CREAM ELSE WHERE.

Jane (the owner) is simply amazing, kind and a beautiful woman. La Niche is a cozy spot and built with her love and passion. They have a great selection of gelatos and cold/hot drinks. Their Black Forest gelato is a must have!!!

We stopped in to grab a quick coffee. The woman was horribly rude. I was holding my 6 month old in a baby carrier and was nursing her. She seemed disgusted by this. It seemed she preferred that we didn't come in and was aloof and unfriendly. Feeling unwelcome, I told her nevermind, we'll get coffee further down the road, to which she gave me a very creepy, insincere, smile. Strongly recommend avoiding this place, there are plenty of other coffee shops and knick knack stores in Park City where you would probably be treated better.

New ownership this year! A lovely shop with a cute kitchen in the back with yummy coffee drinks and sweet treats! Very friendly and welcoming! Try it! 🍪 ☕️

we went in and the ice cream was 4.50 and i asked how many scoops i asked how many i can get and she said “as many as you want” so i asked for 2 scoops and it ended up $9 for 2 small scoops and my credit card didn’t go through so i apologized saying i’m sorry i didn’t touch the bowl or ice cream and i asked her to take it back and i’d leave but she insisted that i had to pay and my mom wasn’t nearby so she couldn’t help me out and she was yelling at me saying i have to pay because she said she can’t throwing it out or put it back even if i didn’t touch it !! my friend had to end up coming to pay $9 for an ice cream while she was extremely rude PLUS NO RECEIPT

Poor quality with even poorer guest service. She clearly does not care about customers and doesn't care about health and safety of those around her/ those she is serving. 100% do not reccommend.

The woman that was scooping our ice cream was very mean, she was very unsanitary and wasn’t wearing a mask, gave dirty looks at me and my friend, would definitely not recommend going there.

Terrible espresso! I had to throw it in the trash. Coffee machine needs servicing!
