Great experience. Really friendly staff who took the time to help us find a beverage that was good for us. Very clean and spacious and the coffee was pretty good too with reasonable prices. Plenty of seating as well as a drive through option.

Nice place, with nice staff, but seating is limited.

Coffee was pretty good, and the cinnamon walnut coffee cake was tasty.

The large chairs in the front are pretty comfortable, and I wish they had more seating areas.

Really didn’t appreciate Aysia’s careless attitude when inquiring about broken merchandise.
“This lid is broke, is there any way we could get a discount?”
*no hesitation* “No.”
No follow up. I genuinely thought she was joking because she smiled when she answered. And said nothing else.
“Okay, well can a manager?”
“No.”
“Is a manager here.”
Can you guess her response? Just a simple, “No.” again, with a smile.
So WE solved the problem on our own and switched the broken lid with one from another cup that didn’t match. No effort to help us solve our inquiries. No “sorry” or even basic customer service.

I’m definitely disappointed ☹️ i ordered a caramel frappe.
And I asked for extra caramel in the cup,
When I got my drink there wasn’t any…
So I asked why, and apparently even though that’s what I ordered.
They “blend” the caramel into the drink here.
If I would’ve known I just wouldn’t have ordered anything.
It was a waste of money and time, the drink tasted horrible with the caramel blended into it. Beyond too sweet, and the drink gave me heart burn 🔥 and made me feel sick to my stomach.
Please be careful here and maybe 🤔 just skip this place and go to the next location, I’ve gotten caramel in the cup at other locations.
They wasted my time, my money, and made me sick.

OMG!! Just went to beans in jordan landing and ordered a strawberry Italian soda with lots of cream. I'M SHOOK!! Girl you nailed it!! THE.BEST.EVER!!!

Room for growth. The Saturday morning staff have been rude the last several weeks I’ve been there. With the exception of one staff member named Mary who has been exceptional pleasant, every other staff has been cold and blunt. I had to tell the young lady to let me finish speaking because she was just cutting me off. They don’t even make eye contact. Their probably exceptional at their job but they still need training on how to deal and interact with people.

How can someone make fun of a drink you order??...

I can hear these girls laughing about the drink.... I get light ice on an iced drink...

They gave me a cup that had whipped cream all over it. They didn't even clean it off.......

One girl remembered my order cause I was coming by every morning... then one day a snooty girl decided to change that...

I'll never spend $$ here again.. That was so petty. It's ridiculous.

I had a relatively good experience here today. The staff was friendly and accommodating.Yet, that's not always the case at this location. At times, the staff here is not so friendly. But, I did see improvement.

Great place to get pretty good coffee and breakfast is decent as well. Staff is usually friendly

Aiden and the rest of the staff are great! I never know what I want so I always ask for a surprise and they never fail and are super friendly! Always happy to come back!
