Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

I normally always chose this location when going to Beans and Brew. This morning was my first time going to the new location they have in Jordan Landing. It started out rough as I pulled up to the drive thur to place my order (i normally hear this bright joyful voice) however this morning it was not. I could tell right off that the lady helping me was not having a great morning. I let it pass after making my order got to the window to collect my points and she asked if she could give me a receipt I said sure no problem. Then when receiving my order no receipt and I received the wrong coffee I ordered and the wrong oatmeal even after I asked for a certain flavor. Overall, I understand people have rough mornings but this mornings experience was not pleasant at all. Even after I tried to not let it get to me.

The shop is always good for a meet up with a friend, it's comfortable and the music at a level suitable for a chat. Coffee is good, with snack options too.

Went through the drive through and ordered b everything sandwiches neither of which had egg on them. After turning all the way around and driving all the way back i was informed they hadnt forgotten... But had run out... So it wasnt even a honest mistake they just intentionally didnt inform me that half the ingredients you didnt have. Just sold me the sandwiches and expected me not to notice? I know its hard to find employee's right now but the squad working this morning should find something more in line with their skill set. Though i dont know if there is a big demand on feckless ingrates.

I have read the reviews about this Beans and Brews location and I am a little surprised at the negative ones. This is my number one spot to get my morning coffee. I have been going here since this location opened. The employees have always been polite and friendly. The service has always been exceptional ,whether I go inside or through the drive up. And yes, it can get busy at times so the conversation levels inside can get moderate.

The service and selection isn't bad, but we have been going here for over a month and the staff have yet to get an order right. They always miss an extra shot of espresso. I ordered a dark coffee today and receive a cup full of diabetes. It's annoying. Would be a fantastic place if they didn't forget orders.

Updated to 1 star review. They asked me to reach out to them via their website and no response after a week.

Whenever Rylee works the window it's clear there is complete laziness. When I give the food back to her to be made properly (which is the 2nd time it's happened ONLY with her) she argues and says "we are out of boxes". Then why do the other non lazy employees make the food the way it's supposed to be delivered no matter if you're out of boxes or not. How amazing it is that I could be going to Dutch Bros across the street that treat you like gold... But no I try to be loyal to beans and get a snotty attitude arguing with me that I don't deserve to have my overpriced food made properly.

Pulled up at 7 pm and they were closed , hours listed state 9:30 , false advertising

Great variety. No matter what mood I'm in, they have something for me. Always prompt, accurate, and friendly service. I go to this location quite often and they are always on top of their game. Price is definitely worth it. If you can't handle it, then kick your fancy coffee habit... good job B&B 👍💪

My sister and I went to get a couple drinks and were impressed with the friendliness of the employees who interacted with us. It was easy to figure out which drinks we wanted and we didn't have to wait very long to get them. Can't wait to go again!

I had a super bad experience at a different beans and brews this morning and drove to this location hoping for a better response. super nice customer service but they messed up my order. i’m so upset
