My cappuccino was perfect from taste to temp. Bagel came out toasted, but without the cream cheese we ordered. Since it was on the bill, I think it was a kitchen issue. All in all a great addition to the area, the service was wonderful and quick.

Coffee is super good. Price is comparable to other places. Service was great. I am on vaction and this is the second day in a row we visited. Both times was delicious. Both time my service was fast and served with a smile. Highly recommended.

Have been a few times. Food needs a quality control check as things have been incorrect every order. I made a polite but honest review on FB, got a salty response from the manager and then they deleted my review. Anyway, place has great potential. Bagels are good, breakfast food is great, coffee is amazing. Lunch drive through has just had things missing each time.

First off, yes the prices are high. So are the prices at the surrounding restaurants that aren't fast food. If you're expecting the quality of food you get here for fast food prices, you're not going to find it anywhere around here.
That being said, the food is incredible. I was blown away by the 2 sandwiches me and my wife shared, and the dirty chai was crazy delicious. The portions are awesome, the chicken salad bagel was overflowing, and they come with home made chips with some delicious unique seasonings on them.
Don't come here expecting amazing food for dunkin donuts prices. They aren't dunkin, they are astronomically better. If you're broke, you probably shouldn't be eating out anyways. Take your $6 to the grocery store.

My parents used to eat here when it was a Tastee Freeze. Seeing a new business here makes me happy to know it's not an empty lot anymore. My dad loves the Maui Mike Smash Burger and I liked the lemon vinaigrette for my house salad. I usually don't eat a salad when I go to a new food Cafe but I figured it was healthier for me than trying a new sandwich that had mayonnaise. Although I almost got the Smash Burger because of the cheddar cheese. Definitely worth eating here for a healthy lunch.

Food ordered sat on counter for over 10 minutes while other food was delivered. Asked twice for hot chocolate, after getting food. Finally had to show receipt to get it, much after cool food. Won’t be back.

I visited this coffee shop for the first time 11/12 and I have to say I had zero complaints other than my iced coffee having minimum ice.
Visited again on 11/13 because I wanted to share this location with my husband. We ordered food and one coffee, food was decent FAR from being great. The wait was very long, Coffee was a hot Vanilla latte with almond milk and it tasted like water with vanilla creamer... honestly it was gross.
Kindve disappointed especially because we paid $35 for blah food and yucky coffee.
Hope our next visit will be amazing because if it isn’t we will never be back. I understand restaurants have off days and I also understand this is a difficult time finding and keeping help.

This is a wonderful refurb of an old building, with lots of choices for breakfast! As other reviewers have mentioned, things are quite pricey on the food and coffee menus, but no rhyme or reason for some things that were very reasonable. For example, a med mocha was $5.45 while a medium hot chocolate was $2.25. A med Americano was $2.75 and a small Chai was $4.50. We got bakery muffins and they were $2 each, and very good.
Probably the worst part about our visit was an interaction with who I assume was a manager or owner and her staff. There was a sign indicating that credit cards are not taken inside, although they are taken at the drive-thru. I had a small bus load of people and no one else was in the restaurant so I asked if it was okay for us to use cards instead of trying to place multiple orders through the drive-thru. The young ladies and gentleman staffing the place were absolutely fantastic and polite and told me it was no problem to run our cards from the inside register over to the drive-thru register just a few feet away. However, the manager came to the front after that interaction and proceeded to scold them in front of us for accepting our cards inside. I felt really bad for the staff since they were trying to be so warm, accommodating and polite to us. I was so sorry for asking if we could use cards after seeing them scolded like that. In the service industry, I have a hard time seeing young people treated poorly by managers. Big kudos to the teenagers working inside as they handled it better than the adult in this case!
The next time we come through, I might stop as there are limited options for coffee, but it really puts a damper on the excitement for a coffee shop in Gordonsville to go in experience that.

Paid $8.50 for a large hazelnut latte. It said $5.something so I guess that hazelnut was extra plus prepared food tax? Then a tip on top of that. I better make my own at home. Priced seem to be a bit exaggerated but it might just be a sign of the times.
