Joyu Tea & Coffee

First of all, the service was just fine, this review is about the proper training and quality of the tea.

1. The staff squeezed a lime without wearing a glove directly into my drink. No hand wash observed.

2. The ice bin was completely open without cover, I don’t know what would be falling in on a regular basis

3. Their flavor syrup came from restaurant depot/Walmart, unlike other competitors out there who makes their own.

4. Nobody is wearing a hat or gloves, which brought me the concern that no ice bin cover was observed.

It was great I tried the taro milk tea I loved it of course I had it made completely non dairy kinda reminded me of bobba

The staff was super sweet and informative. The inside was nice and clean but pretty basic but that's ok.
I was really excited to try this place and was disappointed in the quality for the price paid. The cups and details are super cute but the flavor just wasn't there. The flavor was just really weak for my drink as well as the pearls. My boyfriend was disappointed in the size of the coffee as well for the price paid. Came all the way from hilltop to try a new place bc it looked so good but unfortunately both disappointed. There is definitely potential though.

Stopped by before Black Friday shopping at Target and got an iced Tiramisu Coffee with Tiramisu foam. Soooo good! They don’t have decorations up yet, can wait to see how they decorate once they do their grand opening! The vibe is super chill.

i love the tiramisu iced coffee!! and i'm really excited to try more drinks sometime, the menu is pretty big and all the flavors sound so good!

It's alright. Maybe add some music. The cat ears on the cup is cool. The menu is on a small piece of paper.

Amazing! The interior might seem mediocre but the boba drinks and the croffle wowed my expectations! Now I may not be sure of the best boba spots in the 757 but in my opinion I got to hand it to them winning on the croffle and having a lot of coffee options on their menu. I got a freshly hot croffle with taro whipped cream and bananas. The drizzle of sweetened condensed milk made this breakfast waffle turn into a spectacular dessert.

The avocado joyu was creamy yet light and the brown sugar boba complemented the creamy avocado shake. My husband ordered the taro cloudy with brown sugar boba. The coffee was nice and strong but the taro flavor was still distinct enough in taste.

The service was good, but understandably knowing their was a wait with a whole lot of customers coming in.. with only two available workers.

I will come again. Hands down the taro croffle and I will meet again. I know there is a lot of boba drinks I haven't tried yet. I have to go back for several rounds in the future.

I was so excited to try this place out since I love giving small businesses a try! My drink was amazing - I got a regular sized Coconut Oolong Milk Tea with regular sugar and light ice (I didn’t take a picture). What I got was LIFE CHANGING! I definitely recommend trying their stuff out.

I was craving boba tea so I went to JoYu to try this place out. I’d say it was love at first sip for me!! I ordered the jasmine milk green tea with honey boba topping with regular ice and sugar. The tea was strong but not too strong and it just had the right level of sweetness for me!! The boba was chewy and had a delicious honey taste. Overall, excellent boba and flavorful drink. This cup of boba made my day 100% better. I highly recommend JoYu because it’s one of the best milk tea places in the area!!

Love the Green Coffee Latte (Matcha+Phin coffee). Sometimes I add brown sugar pearl but sometimes I just drink it like it is. The Sunny Matcha+clear pearl(passion fruit flavor) is definitely a summer drink, very delicious.

Matcha joyu was meh. Not much matcha flavor unlike the green coffee. Only think I didn't like was the coffee jelly. Tasted like artificial coffee flavor and too sweet.

It'll get crowded during after-school hours so try to order online.
