Amazing service ! Jasmine is one of the baristas I often get to see and she is always so friendly! Very funny and always makes sure I get what I came for. Her friendly face brings happiness to my mornings 🥰 thank you gypsy !! 🥰

I have to say that this store has some of the most friendly individuals I've had the pleasure of meeting. Every time I stop by I have a unique conversion with whoever happens to be helping me. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Me and my bf love their lotus drinks. They’re delicious. However my only complaint is that whenever I order a pineapple+raspberry drink for my boyfriend, I always end up with apple. This wouldn’t be as big of a deal if it hasn’t happened 4 or 5 times now and the drinks are are around $8/$9. More times then not it’s wrong. I will say they’re always friendly and nice, I’m not sure what going on but if they could stop messing up my pineapple drink it’d be a five star lol

really good drinks and the baristas always make my day:) very nice people & great atmosphere!!! it is now a part of my daily routine to bring my doggie here and get some drinks, it’s a blast!!!!! love all the baristas

I would give this place 5 stars… they have great white coffee and usually wonderful customer service. I come here every time I have an exam and it starts my day off right.

Unfortunately, my experience this morning wasn’t as pleasant. My coffee was made with black instead of white coffee, no big deal, but the baristas sass when I came back through the drive through is what did it for me. She tried to tell me I didn’t ask for white coffee but said she would fix it, after receiving my drink it tastes like watered down milk and white chocolate. I can’t taste the nuttiness of the coffee at all like I’d easily be able to, especially because I always get an extra shot nor can I taste the lavender.

Hoping she just had a bad day because I usually love this place. For almost $9 I expect better…

Their employees were rude and don't know how to do simple math. My total was $8.09. I paid with a ten dollar bill and a dime. The girl couldn't comprehend how to make change. Tried giving me a dollar and then 81 cents. She went to the other girl to check with her and she came back and told me I was being disrespectful and then shut the window in my face. Never going there again! Don't waste your time for their overpriced, not that great drinks and rude attitudes.

They just gonna let people start and run businesses with a slur for a name? Okay...

Tried for the 1st time today at their new location in Pullman. The proprietors were friendly and informative about their product and I tried an "American style" Unicorn Latte (lavender and marshmallow). Wonderful!!!! Smooth americano with the not-too-sweet syrup addition. I will definitely be supporting this local business over other national chains.

This place is unique compared to many of the coffee chains around here. I’m a sucker for the names of their drinks. I love that they serve lotus too. And the person I usually see working this location is so chill!

Coffee is amazing and the baristas are legit AF. Favorite coffee place hands down.
