We love to walk from downtown to this location on the lake. Love the outdoor seating.

Had a great mocha friendly staff. Building is the old MKE waterworks.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops. The coffees are great and, even if there’s a line, you don’t wait very long. You don’t get a view of Lake Michigan but the outdoor space is lovely and the building itself is interesting and airy.

I placed a huge order and the lady at the front register was so nice and helpful. All 12 muffins and 12 cups of joe all to go.

Some of the most aromatic, flavorful, and memorable cold brew I've ever had in my life. The waterfront view combined with this location being built out of an old pump house gives you so many fun things to ponder as you increase your caffeinated levels as the cold brew goes down.

We're not from the area, but anytime we travel to Milwaukee, you can bet we'll come here again.

Great place to get a coffee and sit. The espresso shake is probably one of the best drinks you will ever get. The parking can be hard to find if it's busy downtown, but it is definitely worth the trip. Grab a coffee and walk along lake Michigan.

Ordered two standard drinks from the menu... Nothing extraordinary, waited 13 minutes to receive them. They give priority to online orders or application orders instead of walk-ins... that's the mindset of these kids today. They have been conditioned to believe they 'need' that kind of service; where something's waiting for THEM when they walk in the door, and seem to fail to realize that the whole point of going some place (out) is to ideally have some form of positive interaction with other human beings. 🤪

Really cool little spot right off the lake! Nice outdoor seating area where you could see the lake, unfortunately it was raining that day and we were unable to soak in the views from the patio. Inside is plenty of seating with an upper balcony and a large back room with lots of tables and chairs. Not the absolute quietest place, so if you need to get really hard studying or work done, but in the day of noise canceling headphones, that might not be such a bad issue. The coffee was great. Haven’t had their house roast black, which I believe is the ultimate test of good coffee. But the dirty chai and other lattes were exceptionally good! Check it out! It’s a neat little spot!
