I always enjoy Barnes and noble bookstore. Tonight I found a Scandinavian set used to make a star tree in norway.

Great sandwiches and desserts. Good selection of standard coffee type drinks plus the classic staples like actual coffee, espresso, cappuccino etc. Lots of weird books, toys, games and kits
360° Fireplace is perfect for this climate.
Consider leaving one Rubik's cube out of the package. Folks like me who can solve it will hang out longer.

Love this store! Huge selection of books and they usually have up to date selections from their authors. The coffee shop has a great atmosphere and their staff are usually friendly. My only comment is that occasionally there are some down and out people who wander in, though they usually are harmless...

Friendly staff, calm atmosphere, and Covid-19 conscious, but I wish they had a wider selection of books. I typically only see the super-hyped up books, and even still, the selection among those books are slim. I’ve rarely been successful in finding a supposedly very popular book on the shelves while other popular books have stacks upon stacks on tables.

I love the store but when checking out yesterday the cashier, not the normal friendly gentleman who usually helps me, was unfriendly and unhelpful. My grandsons and I were purchasing books and I questioned the price on a book she refused to check on price when I questioned her about it. She didn’t ask if I was a member, I had to tell her to use it. If she didn’t want to be there she should’ve just stayed home. I’ll be back to store but I’ll make sure I work with different cashier next time. I love the gentleman with floral printed shirts he loves his work and it shows.

I love love love the massive fireplace at this barns and noble location - its surrounded with lots of chairs and there are even more places to sit at the Starbucks counter near the fireplace.
I love the vast amounts of books and entertainment here and the Starbucks with all its treats and drinks makes it that much more enjoyable.
I finally signed up for the barns and noble membership card - its $25 a year and you can save 10% on all your Starbucks drinks/ treats and a certain percentage on all the books and such that barns and noble has to offer.
I come here enough that its definitely worth it.
Just remember that the membership card only works for Starbucks locations INSIDE barns and noble, and that these particular Starbucks do not accept Starbucks gift cards.
This place is definitely a great place to hang out at and I find myself coming back again and again and again.

I was very shocked at the change in my local store. I had not been in a while as I work in a remote location. No music playing, no chairs to sit. Shelves empty and the whole store rearranged to cover for lack of new books. I have been an avid reader my whole life and used to go in here and spend 100 at a time. I left today with nothing. I realise that we are living in different times but if businesses wish to survive they need to start catering to their customers better or they won't get any returning at all.

Coffee shop that doesn't allow you to plug in and has wifi that doesn't work. It wasn't just the wifi that day, the staff said it never works. The whole reason I went there and many others do too is because I could get some work done while waiting for a conference to start. People go to coffee shops to work on their laptops and drink coffee. This was really frustrating.
If you're not worried about this, it's an normal b&n Starbucks. If you're like me, you will want to go to another spot.

Nothing to complain about in terms of customer service. Wish they organized the graphic novels better though. What a disaster. Two employees were unable to find what they had in stock in the store (eventually I found multiple in a completely unrelated section).
