At Home

Did an online order. At home charged my credit card, said it would be ready for pick up at 5pm same day. No confirmation email, waited a few days. Checked on the status today of my online order because the charge disappeared. Was told "oh the night shift crew cancelled it." When I asked why because I didn't cancel my order. I was told "because they didn't have it in stock." No phone call...no notification to let me know. The ONLY reason I found out was because I called, what kind of business is that?

Great selection, fair prices, but gave 4 stars as the store was opened without the shelves fully stocked, there is a good portion of the store with empty shelves as of 1/20/2018

Great selection of home decor items. It's a big store similar to Hobby Lobby, but they have more inventory.

Every person there was so kind and went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. The guy in seasonal helped me find lanterns, the pillow guy found the box way up and found what I needed and the cashier was awesome. It's fun when you go into a store and they actually love helping the customer.
