At Home

Worst customer service ever. We went to eeturn an item that we had purchased from The Home store (Gilbert,AZ) along with our receipt. The item was $40 per my receipt. The store would only refund 1/2 the price ($20) because at some point the price was lower. I explained that I had clearly purchased the item for $40 and I expected a full refund. Again, they refused. 😖

Huge store... but like other reviewers have mentioned, there is very little help in the place. I walked around for almost 20 minutes before I found someone to help me, and even then that person wasn't a help at all. Come prepared to do all your selecting and loading - flatbed carts are in the cart corral. Too bad this place doesn't have online order for in-store pickup or delivery - that'd make it easier to shop without having to find an associate or traverse the entire store. Prices are moderate; a lot of the stuff is low quality from China; very similar to Hobby Lobby or Kirkland home store offerings. The standout seemed to be the patio furniture and umbrellas; nice quality and selection.

I LOVE this store! So many fun seasonal items. They have it all! Fair prices. Staff could be nicer. They don't talk to you so don't expect high level service.

Even before purchasing a house, I was obsessed with this store. Staff is always helpful and friendly and the store is always clean. Everything is organized and easy to find what you are looking for. I can spend hours here and still not be bored. You can find almost anything for your home here.

Customer service is great. They’re doing their best during the pandemic. Love seeing Halloween decorations out already. Makes me relish that the cold weather will be here soon

This is a pretty good store, especially for selection. They have lots of everything, however, much of there merchandise is way overpriced and can be on the junky side, so you have to sort through it. I never see coupons either which would be nice, at least every now and then.

Good store with a wide selection of home accessories. Lots of stuff to look at. Decent prices.

This place has so many amazing things to purchase , it's like HomeGoods and all the best stores had a baby and it's called. home, the staff is friendly and be prepared to want to purchase hundreds of things for the house , from backyard decorations to beautiful antique looking furniture.

Went there with my daughter she was looking for something she wanted but did not find it but she got three items to hang on her walls, so she was happy. It's a huge store.

At Home is a fun store to shop. However, the last several outdoor items (tents, umbrellas, solar lighting) that I've purchased through them has quickly failed and broken and have not performed as they should. Something as natural as the wind blowing has EASILY damaged the tents and umbrellas just from being outside. The items apparently are very cheaply made, despite the prices being comparable to higher quality pieces. The return policy is very unhelpful and limiting, despite the faulty products and staff is rigid and unwelcoming as the lack of customer service is coming from Topdown.

I prefer to shop somewhere where I get more quality and appreciation for my patronage.
