Cardinal Cafe

I love this home town restaurant this is my second time visiting and I fell in love with it the first time but wanted to see if it was always so friendly and interactive with it customers. The answer is YES!!!!! All of the staff even the cooks in the back get to know their customers and everyone talks to everyone even if they don't know you I always end up there for breakfast it seems but I love sitting directly in the middle so I can talk to everyone you can sit off to the side and be more secluded and private, but I just love the environment this restaurant gives you true southern hospitality. Like you can't fake or make this place up if I could give it 10 stars I would

Food is usually good but called to order food and is rang but no one answered then it was busy for 15 mins so I went by there at 6:40 to get food after work and the doors were locked even though sign said they close at 8pm

If i could give less than one star i could the food is disgusting and the waitresses are rude. And they stole my hand sanitizer. Like really??

Great service, fantastic pancakes and omlettes with hasbrowns and for lunch have a burger yum yum yummy.

Food was delicious and plentiful, got the chicken fried steak breakfast. Eggs were made the way I wanted them runny and gooey but still eggs, the steak was seasoned and not battered to the point of masking the flavor of the meat, the hashbrowns didn't need ketchup at all and 4 slices of toast rounded it all up.

Service not great! Pancakes tasted like funfetti cake without the sprinkles! Don't think I'll be eating there again. Way to long of a wait also.

Food is good and reasonably priced, ambience is limited and cliche but not offensive. I would have probably enjoyed my visit more had the table next to me hadn't been actively and exuberantly engaged in explicit racist conversations. Nobody needs that. Not the place's fault so I didn't dock them but be warned this is the kind of nonsense you can hear at this establishment.

I’m a soldier. I went to this restaurant yesterday with my kids. The service was terrible and we were waiting on our food for 45 mins. The food wasn’t good and it came out kinda cold. I will never go to this restaurant again

Great southern food and great service!! They have really great prices on the food and never have got any bad food. They always keep pretty good workers and never a bad experience. They are also busy though, but it's a great place to eat at in Camden

Hands down my favorite breakfast spot.. Everyone is always friendly and sweet when I place to go orders or eat in. The experiences I have at this restaurant are all positive, so positive in fact that I'm going to put an app in to work there😊
