Krispy Kreme

Unless I'm mistaken, I believe this is the only Krispy Kreme in the Fresno City area. I had a pickup order that I was about two hours late for, which contained a specific donut. Said donut was sold out by the time I went to sheepishly ask for my pickup, but the kind lady behind the counter offered replacements, albeit being what I can only presume to be rejects, since they were inconsistently misshapen. All of the donuts were still delicious, however!

It's probably recommended to get donuts when there's a deal going on, or if you arrive at one of the Hot N' Ready times. The morning window from around 6-10am is for the regular original glazed, but if you come a little after 10am, you will see the store making glazed minis.

Parking is easy and plentiful. Cueing during busy hours is easy, too. There's a drive-thru that's also not hard to weave in and out of. There is a restroom that requires an employee to unlock, should you need to do your business. The front kiosk also offers cold drinks, some of which are flavors of Rosa Brothers milk: strawberry, banana, and chocolate, I believe.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to say something so that way future customers don’t waste their time here! Krispy Kreme is a doughnut shop, and when we come here about once a year or so , they always always don’t have any donuts they say they have on their own menus available to customers. Come on ! that’s like going to shoe store and no shoes at all. Step up your game kreme or sadly it most likely will go out of business again. I would recommend everyone going to a local donut shop where it taste better and way more cheaper. And I know good donuts.

At just about 5:00 pm, unfortunately they were out of the first 3 donut items we tried to order. Then when we able to order and received it, the items were cold... not even room temperature. The Caramel Frozen Coffee was great!
(We'll have to give it another visit and hope for the better!)

Wow they think highly of their OP (over priced) doughnuts. Thin and total sugar, no flavor ugh

Nothing go wrong with donuts, just have to know your sugar levels and your activity.

Love the donuts. Those get 5 stars. However I had to sit on the drive through for 10 minutes and then call them to tell them I was there because they ignored the ding that a car was there.

Now a year later I come back her. It's 9am in the morning. There almost out of donuts. There's 4 people "working" but all of them are just on their cell phones. It took them 4 minutes to greet me and my kids and finally help us. And the man just looked annoyed we were here.

Also I passed some much better local donut shops cause I thought my kids could put on the hats and color which this place used to have. They didn't have any of that. It was sterile, disappointing and terrible service. Next time, do what I shouldve done and just get local donuts.

Went today n Doors were locked n never answered the phones . Assuming it was closed for buisness..

First time and I love it! Great customer service and the doughnuts were delicious. Fresh products.
