Krispy Kreme

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Krispy Kreme. Fiat, the lobby was cloaed. Second, I waited in Line in the drive-through for a long lime. 30 minutes at least. Third, they were out of all variety of donuts. All I wanted was donut holes. Last, someone on the soaker asked me how old I was in Krispy Kreme dog years. I ended up leaving.

Wow, I can’t believe how amazing the customer service is at Krispy Kreme. The amazing employee that handled my order was Tyeisha Hanies, she was so generous to me and delivered outstanding customer service. I was very happy to have her take my order and would definitely be going back to krispy creme.

I was disappointed in the customer service here. Employee (Jamisha) sounded like she was/is not a morning person.(A donut shop is the last place you should be working at) She didn't care to see if there promotional donuts(the mini donuts ) where available . When asked for donut holes,she said they had non. Then when we were paying she said ,she looked and said we did have some.
Didn't acknowledge us at the window. The box of donuts was all dirty . And when we asked her to scan our phone. She said I could do it later with my receipt. So pretty much she didn't want to scan it(do her job). My first time ever coming to a Krispy Kreme and she just ruined my experience .

This is probably the worst Krispy Kreme donuts in all of California. The hot light hours are inconsistent as hell. Why do the employees never answer the phone?!?!?

Never impressed with them. Doughnuts are mediocre at best. So many local mom and pop shops around. And at least one Bongo Doughnuts is open 24 hours.
Krappy kream is hit garbage

I thought they would be hot but they weren't. I felt rushed at the drive thru because the young lady kept telling me to pull forward before I was done making my order. The frap wasn't blended there was huge chunks of ice in it. Probably won't return.

Pretty amazing

I've never actually been to Krispy Kreme before yesterday, I've heard about it several times but never have I ever been there.

When I went there with some relatives I decided to order one of their original glazed donuts which are about $1.49.
When I had taken my first bite I was overwhelmed in a good way. It was as if I had eaten a small peice of heaven. Its texture, sweetness, and warmth was just astonishing. I do recommend this place, even if the prices tend to be a bit pricey it's still worth it.

I'm personally am not a big fan of Krispy Kreme donuts. I don't really like them and the prices were high for donuts, but I did notice that the customer service was exceptional, the maintenance was very organized, clean, and smelled of fresh donuts which was a welcoming smell. And it was pretty intriguing to watch the donuts being made and processed.

This place was great! The service was perfect. The servers we're so kind, prompt and helpful. So many variety of donuts and coffee to choose from. They also support our troops and donate to different functions. I'll definitely go back.
