Calamari was amazing. The chicken cordon blue with brussel sprouts was tasty.

Had high hopes for Grounds in Murphy’s, but it was just okay. The best part about the breakfast was the homemade French toast on sour dough bread with both maple and berry syrup... delicious. However the create your own scramble was just okay and the service was lacking and needed to be more organized.

Dog friendly! We sat outside, they have fans and misting. The service was prompt, we ordered waffles and omelets, they were delicious. The chicken omelet was very dry, they included a Pico de gallo to help. It didn't. I am giving 5 stars because we didn't have to wait, the service was great and the food was mostly delicious.

The food we had was incredible, and the service we had was attentive. If you're into breakfast burritos and/or waffles, you can't go wrong with either!

We (party of 2) were seated outside, got our menus and some water. 20~30 minutes later we realized they forgot about us and left. We were the only people outside so this seemed odd. Once we left to the restaurant next door, our unused table was quickly cleaned up, two different groups were seated, and given menus.

Great place to go to eat. Went for breakfast and had a perfect waffle with eggs and a ham steak. Very friendly staff and enjoyable surrounding.

The staff were so kind! The young kid had service with a smile. We plan to definitely come back every time we visit.

A very disappointing experience at this surprisingly highly rated restaurant. Food mediocre and service very poor.

We order a mushroom risotto and an elk and mash potato dish, together with some wine. After five minutes the food turns up but no wine - and the waiter disappears so quickly that we don’t chase the wine. Finally I go inside to ask for the wine and it arrives a full five minutes after the wine.

Needless to say that the food is poor and obviously pre-prepared. The risotto in particular was stodgy and cloying. The elk was ok but mostly potato, with the bizarre addition of a couple of large shrimp which clashed horribly with the rest of the dish.

As soon as we finished the food the waiter brought the check, not bothering with the fact we had only drunk half the wine and not bothering to find out if we wanted dessert or coffee. He chased payment twice before we finally left only 50 minutes after sitting down.

Avoid.

Awesome breakfast, good coffee, friendly and attentive service. We came two mornings in a row during our trip to Murphys. My husband enjoyed the omelettes and our son had bacon waffles both days. I had the Basil tomato scramble and breakfast burrito, both delicious.
