Dutch Bros Coffee

So so delicious!!! Worth the drive...service was speedy even when the line is long

I always enjoy a trip to Dutch Bros. This is a nice shop. The line moved quickly.

Went late at night to get some drinks for a friend and the staff were really friendly despite it being a couple minutes before their closing time. The drinks were all really good and was impressed with how quick they were as well (probably because they wanted to close already) but I appreciated how chill and patient they were with our huge order. Would definitely recommend going there if you want friendly and quick service!

Christian is absolutely amazing and bonded with us without treating us like a simple customer. He made us feel human. He even paid for our drinks out of the kindness of his heart. For everyone coming to this establishment, look out for him. He's a joy to be around.

Watched the employee talk to the car in front of us for at least 15-20 minutes, there was NO ONE in front of the car, nor was it busy when we arrived.. by the time she let us forward there were 5 cars behind us.. ridiculous.. will never come here again..

Why I understand ordering an ice drink with no ice removes a substantial part of the drink in question. But when I receive a cup half full of my drink that I ordered I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Even more so when I brought it to the attention to the cashier, and manager.

I personally feel that the drink in question should be a full cup or at least 80% full. 50% is a little ridiculous. And being charged almost another 60% of the cost of the drink to fill it to the top is highway robbery... 🔫

I urge people if they can go somewhere else, please do. It is my opinion they are ripping us off and laughing all the way to the bank.

The employees verbally ask you how much you would like to tip instead of letting you select on the iPad yourself. Super scummy.

Love this place Rebecca helped me find the purrfect coffee. I am new to Dutch Bros. Went there once before. I will always go to you over any other. Your staff is super nice. From Rebecca to the girl at the counter 100% perfect service and the coffee is really good too. I tried the nitro this time.Yummy!!

A nice little coffe shop. Order outside only or thru a drive thru. Has a carpool parking only.

Best customer service I have ever had at coffee joint. No lie, they are helpful, nice, respectful, and amazingly patient. The drinks are amazing, and I swear when my kids want something they make it. I swear they make it up on a whim sometimes. Well maybe not make it up but it feels like it. I tell my kids I don't think they have that here. My kids ask and boom they have it. When I'm in Napa this is the coffee place I go to.
