Dutch Bros Coffee

I used to dislike Dutch Bros. I think I was just ordering the wrong thing. That was before I checked out all the flavor combos they have on the website. My favorites are the black forest freeze and the double chocolate mocha freeze, both are so good on a hot summer day.

It's really hit and miss with the employees here. Some of them are extremely nice, and others not so much. Coffee is hit and miss as well. I tried ordering an OG Cookie, and they had to ask me, the customer, how to make it. My friends coffee was terrible four mornings in a row, while mine was mediocre. All in all, the coffee, good or bad, gets the job done. Just a little disappointed considering every other Dutch Bros blows my mind.

It's definitely changed over the years and I don't know how I feel about it.. there are some people that have the Dutch culture in them and others that don't know what they are doing.. it's sad to see people that obviously don't want to be there when the company is such a great one to work for..

I had fun even while waiting in the drive thru line. They were blasting pop songs from early 2000s and it was a great time. The barista helped me craft the perfect coffee and I loved it.

The drinks are very creative but can be a little too sweet a lot of the time. Customer service is always superb and everyone is very friendly and not afraid to start a conversation.

I am severely disappointed. I have been a huge fan of Dutch Bro's since I move to Cali. Today they were using their double lane and having some trouble figuring it out. I had pulled in and was told to move to the other side. When I got the girl told me to pull ahead and started taking orders of people who were behind me and whom arrived after me. I was perturbed but still had my place in line. She came back and started taking my order. I questioned why people who arrived after me were getting their orders taken first. Her response is "oh we have to flip flop". I informed her that I had been here first and was waiting to order longer than those other vehicles. The other vehicles had now started pulling ahead of me. She then asked what I wanted. I decided to leave. I will sadly not be back to Dutch Bro's until they figure out the line management and how to take orders as they arrive.

I'm in LOVE with Jefferson's DB! The crew is always on their toes and my drink comes out the same way every time no matter who makes it... AWESOME music and vibe!!

What can I say? Another top notch visit to my favorite place!! Wait time was awesome, even though they were extremely busy, drink absolute perfection!
