Amazing and fast service, high quality coffee

I walked in to get a nice cup of cappuccino, relax and read a book.. I noticed they only serve it in a to go cup.. I canceled my order and walked away to the coffshop across the street.. I think it is very dumb to still use a Togo cup, I know it is not a Peete's policy, because I go to Peete's in othere locations often, I am sure it is a lazy manager decision.. it's bad look, bad taste, and bad for environment.

They do Havana Capucino like no other. Clean coffee shop and easy pickup for online orders. The Cafe Americano is bit on the smokey side but still very good.

Ohhhh dear. I don't like to leave negative reviews that are unwarranted. This Peet's was filthy. Half the tables and chairs haphazardly pushed to the side. Food and crumbs on the chairs. The floor was very dirty. Drinks were good. It just felt like this Peet's is neglected, forgotten about. To be clear, I love Peet's coffee...just not that Peet's. We won't being going back.

any way there can be changes made on your ordering to modify the sandwiches? i’m allergic to gluten i just wanted to get a egg and cheese. ordered it tried to call let you all know, no answer and my order is on its way. it’s a lost today. For the future how can I avoid losing money on modifying orders placed online ?

Professional & customer friendly staff focused on timely service. They seem fully aware that most folks are heading to work in the mornings. Being human, when they make a mistake--very rare--they make up for it by issuing a free beverage card & demonstrating a conscientious/sincere attitude of regret. It seems they foster a culture of customer appreciation & professionalism, which is why I keep coming back. And..just as important, the coffee is delicious.

I love Peet's. I'm a tea drinker so I can't speak for the coffee but their tea is a decent combination of quality and affordability. Love the Masala Chai and the Winter Solstice! Cute retail items, a friendly crowd, helpful and knowledgeable staff, convenient location. Clean shop always stocked with drink accoutrements. ☕

Had a yummy iced mocha and a Blueberry bran muffin! Sat outside on a beautiful day. Tables are spaced 6' apart. Will be back!

Great cappuccino! Even the small size has 2 shots of espresso. Staff work well together. Even when busy, the wait is short. Great customer recognition. Sometimes my cappuccino is ready before I order it.
