I tried Peet's Coffee since I received serval gift cards for it. It was okay. I personally prefer drive thru, since it is more convenient especially in lunch break. But it was better than I expected the baristas were very friendly and helpful. I think I will return when I have time to sit down.

Baristas not that great: inconsistent, some are good some are not. All the Baristas used to be good. I go there since 1997 and over the years it is less attractive place to get coffee. I don't go there much anymore. Can't use toilet so can't drink much coffee there. Also, a lot more expensive than SBUX, and you can use the toilets at SBUX

I was there approximately 7:50am on 12/28/21. The entire staff was unfriendly. I was not greeted when I walked in and I felt that placing an order was an inconvenience to the staff. I also felt that I was talked down to a little bit.

We just spent almost $20 and received in addition to our coffee drinks attitude that was not worthy of this establishment. We were celebrating an older child's birthday and while the children were deciding how they wanted their first taste of Peet's Coffee drinks, they were treated by the cashier as if she did not have time for their indecisiveness or curiosity as to the ingredients in the drinks.
The barista (Eric) was pleasant and accommodating. The other customers were friendly and conversent but the attitude of the cashier was one which makes me seriously reconsider returning to any Peet's.

Was there yesterday with my daughter and niece. First time for my niece and baristas were very friendly and helpful. Made extra of my daughter ‘s beverage and gave extra to my niece so she can try it. Loved the customer service better than Peet’s at Arden mall

Came to this location for a Havana capuccino. There was no one there. The person who made my coffee was not a Peet’s Barista. As a result, my coffee was not Peet’s quality.
I’m disappointed. Peet’s is always my go to but not
This time

Sadly, somewhat inconsistent on espresso drinks. Great staff, friendly, and attentive. Top quality ingredients, not cutting costs with cheap ingredients like Sbucks. Thanks you guys!

I love Peets coffee. I don't need to do a fancy drink (although they do make them well). The coffee is good and strong. Never tastes "burned". Their food is good, too. I love their chicken chorizo flatbread and banana nut bread. Bummed that they no longer have coconut whipped cream. I'm lactose intolerant and that meant I could have whipped cream again.

By far the best non-local coffee chain I have been to. Drinks are not as sweet as SB but are also more consistent across the various locations. Staff is always friendly and courteous.

Always in a positive mood and really helpful even when it’s my mistakes! I really appreciate a place to grab coffee in the morning that I don’t feel judged in. Especially when I’m having a bad day and I’m met with understanding.
