Blue Bottle Coffee

We loved the cardamom black coffee. But our only concern is the temperature of the drink. Even after selecting extra hot, we have received a extra cold cardamom black coffee. When we went to say that it's totally cold, the reply was "you should have come back on the first sip and not after drinking the whole thing", we didn't drink the whole thing, and had just one sip. Kind of put off by that comment, will not come back to blue bottle. Service to customer matters no matter how good the product is.

Strong blue bottle coffee, but this spot is very small compared to the BB's I been too and there is no where to sit to enjoy my java. I like cafes where I can enjoy my coffee while being able to pull out my laptop. Also, there was honey all over the floor which made it sticky to walk.

If you ignore the wait, the line and the price, the coffee is great and the store location is cute with nice out door seating
I got the cafe mocha with oat milk and wow it was delicious.
Not sure if it’s justified to charge a small mocha 7$ but it at least tastes extraordinary

I had been waiting a long time since I got to know about Blue Bottle and the wait was worth it. One of the best coffees I ever had. The minimalism and the ambience perfectly matched with idea of having an artisan coffee... Can't wait to come back for more.

I usually get their latte and croissant. They are really good! Plus the Santana row environment makes it all more special!

Blue Bottle is my preferred coffee but this location and space makes it a real challenge to get. Given its in what equates to the center on Santana Row, it's not possible to grab a quick coffee. The building itself is nicely designed but very cramped and offers no seating inside. After you've ordered there is no real space to wait for your drink inside. Otherwise, the staff was great and so was the coffee. Definitely much better than any other coffee choices in the Santana Row complex. Fingers crossed they open other locations in the SJ area soon.

Got a hot chocolate coz I wanted to be able to sleep that night. Nice takeout location with couches and folding chairs outside.

The service is too bad ! I ordered one coffee and waited about over 40 mins. Asked them where’s my order than they said there’s no order under my name !? Than after they checked they said they dump the old one for me and they would make a new one. BUT I waited there for almost an hour I never heard that they said my name for my coffee. I think it just a lie ……….. would never go there again .

Oh and they didn’t apologize at all……. Can’t believe it

This place is great for coffee and one of the best places on santana row! Definitely recommend both hot and iced drinks there as well as their bakery options.
