Just come early if you can so it's not too crowded. Great area for groups to hangout.

It is a simple store. It has outdoor seating instead, which is great during the day.

The espresso here will make dump the cheap coffee machine you've got at home

My experience with Blue Bottle Coffee has been beyond amazing! I am a coffee fanatic and never heard of this place until I needed to order cold brew for a company event. Brandon and his whole team, are nothing but the true definition of Hospitality. I will continue coming here for my weekly coffee and using them for events. Hands down recommend. I can’t say enough great things about everyone on the team and the products they offer.

Good coffee, misleading order ahead system. Lately I get one time when placing the order and then a time 10-15 minutes later after clicking order. Probably have better luck ordering in store, but I wish they'd fix their order ahead system. It's useless for folks on a time limit to use it when you get a surprise 10-15 minutes added to your order time AFTER you gave them money.

Place sucks. Ordered 2 plain cappuccinos at 10:34am on Saturday morning today. Didn't get order till 11:20am so had to cancel. 45 mins for no coffee is not fair

Place is always super busy and it may take up to 39 minutes to get your drink. Recommend ordering way in advance using the app. Very limited menu but the coffee is great. Not a friendly group and they refuse to customize.

Too much crowded ,super expensive and long wait time. $5 for a small cup of cappuccino. Coffee is ordinary just like other cafe. I think Peet's coffee is better if you want to try mocha cappuccino or cold brew. Just because your inside santanarow does not mean you sell tasteless coffee expensive. To owner if you want this review to be recalculated, lower your prices, hire more staff to reduce wait time, and seriously give a thought on coffee you serve to the customers
