This is my favorite coffee shop in town. A great family owned business that is all about customer service. I get great work done here, always meet nice people and am starting to set up some meetings here as well.

The coffee is fantastic and they now have some tasty and healthy food from Silvergreens as well. I definitely recommend stopping here for coffee!

Long story short: good product at great price delivered fast.

I’ve been to sb roasting a couple of times, enough to find my usual there. I’m a no frills coffee drinker, no cream/sugar/honey, and a solid go to pick is the state street blend, the dark tropical blend if you’re feeling adventurous. It’s a welcome environment and an overall great place to relax in beautiful downtown sb.
But what prompted me to write this review is my recent experience. While I don’t want to go out to coffee shops in this covid 19 world, I still crave coffee and practically need it to function while working. I went online to amazon, didn’t find good price-quality -delivery speed ratio. I then hit up local coffee places, eventually getting to sb roasting companies website. Found a 12oz package and 2 2oz taste test packs, and could get them delivered for under $20 ( there was a promo code on the website, might still be up). I thought they’d deliver sometime this week, they delivered the next day( again, I’m a local in sb but), thank god the turnaround time was that fast. I hope your experience is as good as mine, def gonna have more delivered in the future.

Good spot to grab a cafe. Outside ordering kiosks are great. Grab a spot in the little grassy area across the way and watch all the dogs stroll by.

Personally love this place. Definitely has a local, small town feel, great staff, and they make a great cup of coffee too! Haven't tried everything they offer since I tend to get practically the same thing, but my drink hits the spot every time! Btw music selection changes a lot depending on the day, but never anything offputting.

This coffee is so wonderfully strong that could make you dizzy if you have 2 cups on a empty stomach. But, no worries: they have the most delicious pastries in town. The croissants are to die for, the chocolate one being my favorite.

It's a good place to work with ample space, decent Wi-Fi, and helpful staff. It's not far from the bike rack, which is right next to the parking lot guard, so it was very nice to know that my bike was safe the whole time. I had a small cup of hot tea, and I was very happy to see them using organic tea! The only thing I didn't like about this place is the music. I arrived around 2.30 pm on a Monday night, and for at least an hour or so they were playing classic music, I guess some people like it better, I'm not a huge fan.

Baristas were nice, coffee was terrible. I ordered a cappuccino and received a 12oz cup of burnt milk and charred espresso. It was the driest cappuccino I have ever seen, with big huge bubbles 2/3 of the way down the cup. The espresso tasted almost exactly like Starbucks espresso, I threw the drink out immediately. The place was dirty and smelled mildewy, the bathrooms were gross and clearly hadn't had a good wipedown in months(years?). The whole place was sticky and dusty. I'm giving 2 stars because the people working there were friendly but this is definitely not a recommended stop.

Haven't seen a place like this with so many decaf varieties. They let us try out different types before placing our order. Only one decaf available to try, but we tried some caffeinated types to get an idea.
