I hate to write this but 1 manager ruins it for everyone!
We are VIP members meaning we get sent special coupons due to the volume we purchase. We used a 15% off on a couple mirrors that didn’t fit once we got home and immediately took them back then next day to get the correct size (which also was much more $).
The manager refused to use the coupon on the new purchase even though the coupon didn’t expire for 10 more days the product was returned in brand new shape obviously the next day. Would’ve been very easy for the manager to override and let us use a simple 15% But instead decided to tell us that the coupon is not for people to change their minds!!
I’m sorry but this is not how customer service should work, and I don’t appreciate rude comments!

Much better prices than most stores with quiet a large variety of unusual home items. I could browse there for hours. I got some pretty good Halloween stuff and will definitely be going back soon

Christmas items are pretty picked over. Lots of some items (like lamps) but deceptive pricing. Lamp on the shelf was marked $29. Cashier said no, added additional cost for harp, finial, and shade. Final price $48. I was not happy.

Lots of bargains, beware some items are out of the ballpark in price too.....
Best pricing on outdoor cushions. Have fun! It's a large store and lots to look at...

It would have been a better experience if the online inventory count matches, at least closely, what they have in store. I wasted a trip to their Broomfield location only to find the items weren't even in stock, at all. I love the store, so many options for the house and yard. I do not like wasting time.

No store will be completely filled with merchandise everyone likes nor will anyone think everything is priced correctly. Any store that allows customers to handle the merchandise will be shopped by people too lazy to return things to where they belong or to give an unwanted item to a cashier. Some people even think it's ok to leave a trout in the office supplies at a Bay Area Costco. Ok. One person I saw who defended their action but statistically I bet there was another.
Having said that, it's so sad some reviewers have unknowingly had their standards skew so they somehow think walmart is normal or good and this is less? That shoppers make a mess (see "trout") and yes, employees should clean up but recently workers have quit in large numbers so a lot of places are understaffed. Workers are underpaid. Mitch McConnell refuses them $15/hr. To keep up with inflation, cost of living, etc workers should be paid a minimum of $26/hour. No, it won't destroy the economy as your Republican uncle says. Instead the surly employees some of you run into would be able to afford the merchandise and health care so maybe they wouldn't be so surly. I didn't have the negative experience but I wonder how "sales associates" can remain so happy when they do.

Most things are cheap quality and can probably get better prices at HomeGoods. Like other reviewers, we had to return a defective item and had to fight with the manager to use the same coupon. They put the broken item back on the shelf despite my telling two associates. Check everything closely before you buy!

Awesome selection of items including early Halloween items and very friendly staff members
