The Human Bean

I want to say I love the coffee! It's great but I gave a "1" because the customers service experience wasn't good this morning. I'm a frequent coffee drinker at human bean and I'm very disappointed with the service. For the price I pay every time I expect to get what I ask for. As well a friedly smile. What I ask wasn't something possible it was just to apply the free coupon to an specific drink as the other one's were not mine. But she didn't care. There was no line or something that could make it forget, she just didn't care to do what I asked. I wouldn't go back to get the difference cuz that is not my point. My point is to give to the customer what they as and that will result in great customer experience, more customers and customer return.

The Human Bean is Amazing! Best Coffee shop in Northern Colorado! Definitely beats Starbucks any day! Their drinks are so good and the staff is always extremely nice and the chocolate beans are amazing!

We got Happy Hippos with chicken burritos, and the staff was wonderful! We had a hot, delicious breakfast! We were recommended the drinks by the girl who came out to take our order and they were great!

Great coffee but really slow service. I've been to this location 3x the past month and it's taken about 20 minutes to get my drink with only 4-6 cars in front of me.

Chocolate expresso beans are the best

They are extremely nice. When I was there they answered all my questions about what they had. There coffee is very good it is much better than Starbucks and would totally recommend coming here as much as you can

This place is always busy. Which is good! I enjoy drinking the frozen hot chocolate drink! Literally the BEST. The employees are always so upbeat and happy! Which is a good way to start my day! Thank you!

You shouldn't help the cars behind and give them their drinks so they can leave before the ones sitting there waiting for 10 minutes just to order.
