They are always friendly and try hard to be fast. If you don't like your drink they'll remake it at no charge. They are fast unless there's a long line.

Coffee is really good but way over priced.

Love there coffee and the little coffee beans that come with each drink are amazing. Always so friendly and happy workers.

Love the baristas here! And the coffee options....endless! You can even get "seasonal" drinks (pumpkin and peppermint) year round!

I adore the Human Bean -- every single location is great. I'd probably sit in line for an hour for their coffee, but I know I'd never have to because even when they're busy they get people thru the line quickly.

The girls here have such a positive energy and you can tell they really love their jobs. And they get it right every time!
