Einstein Bros. Bagels

Only 1 person at the register when there were 12 or more people in line. Unacceptable to consider that service. Will not return or visit any other location. Hire people or train them better.

I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, but what I got was smashed bagel not toasted and seemed like they put the whole 16 oz. Of cream cheese on it. When I took a bite it was nothing but cream cheese, I threw the rest away. Also the place looked very dirty and dusty around cashier counter. This place has changed big time.

Loved it. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best and the staff was friendly. The best part is after 7 years I can still get my favorite bagels and shmears.

We're so far away from Covid these days that there is zero reason the indoor seating still isn't available. This is the only place in Colorado that still refuses to bring back indoor seating.

One star as the bagel itself was decent. Wrong order, missed half our sandwiches. Very rude staff especially the lady handing out the coffee.

Normally I’d give a 5-star review. I really enjoy the food and service that I receive each time I’m in. However today I waited 20 minutes for 2 bagels and 3 hashbrowns; which wouldn’t be an issue normally because when busy I expect to wait, but 9 customers who arrived after me for their orders before me (not counting mobile order or door dash) and I had to ask about mine. Maybe it was just an off day, but it really kinda threw a wrench into my morning.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION!!! If your a business owner and ordering for your employees I would go elsewhere. We go to this location almost weekly and order for our office and the past couple times they have gotten things wrong and we understand we have big ordered so we never really say anything. This last time they got 6 out of our 7 sandwiches wrong, and when I called they said our meal would be comped for next time but instead they just double checked everything was right (at least they did that) and didn’t try fixing the situation. When you go there often and spend quit a bit every time you go, and they don’t even trying to mend the situation, that is just bad business. DEFINITELY WONT BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!

Was excited to go here. Ordered a farmhouse with two eggs I want to get one but I got charge for two won’t ever come back here ever ever ever again. Of course the guy in front of me got the wrong change as well so I guess I should’ve turn around and walked out then

Ffod was good but the girls behind the counter forgot one of our coffees and what we asked for was not available. Also, one of our sandwiches came with cheese when we asked for no cheese.

Haven't had Einstein bagels in quite some time but I'm glad I tried them again, the all nighter sammie is really good :)
